Great platform, easy to learn and very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get to know the platform. It has a great knowledge base. I love how it syncs with gmail and how you can create meeting calendars where clients can book appointments directly to your Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides to using the platform up untill now. I'm only using the platform for 6 months now but I certainly have not tested out all the features it holds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can follow up your sales pipeline very well by keeping an eye on the reports dashboard together with the possibility to create tasks. My sales continuity and follow up ratio has gone up exponentially.

Hubspot the best Crm

What do you like best about the product?
All of the tool? It's really nessecary for the company.Today a crm is really essential for a company, and on top of that it's a tool that really allows to give a sense to a company and to share its values with all hubspot users
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time of the support which sometimes does not take the time to find a solution, and i don't like, I don't like the way we have to do updates because I think it's a shame to do it this way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of things, whether it's in terms of sequence or properties or even chatflow, it's really a tool that allows you to achieve what you want or find a solution that comes close to it.

The contacts page and difficult to organizer many contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the platform and its tools and how efficient they are in giving me an overview of my leads and clients as well as getting in touch with them
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some aspects might be overcomplicated. Its also sad that some filters arent 100% accurate and dont seem to have customers in mind - an update to that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in touch fast with clients as well as keeping them always informed. It benefits me greatly in many ways, mostly by making my daily activites faster and more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for the End-user and integrable in it with many other tools in the markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't choose the countries I want to call out to myself. I have to get an administrator involved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding relevant and up to date infomation. this is the best because people leave and sometimes other tools don't update. I get to update this myself.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that i can create my own tasks, so I'm always up-to-date with my work and I never lose good opportunities!

Everything is well organized and you can keep track of the team's work

sometimes crashes. Also I receive too many mails from hubspot

Calendar, email marketing, invoices, forms, landing pages, everything is very straight forward and easy to use.

New way of doing list, it was easier before

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. Everythings is recorded, so that future users of our company will be able to see what has been done.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I just would like to have a connection between Linkedin and Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording the contacts that we have done to a specific company. I have realized that all our touch points have been recorded and everything is more organized.
