user-friendly and self-explanatory
What do you like best about the product?
i like how i can link different people to the same company and saves me time when i see a company is already a client

sometimes hubspot randomly marks companies as clients

prospecting has become easier, i love the fact that i can call directly from the app and it marks my kpis

Sometimes the pages can lag a bit when i have a lot of tasks to go through,.

I have an overview of my sales-pipe and can easily see my customers and notes.

the ability to create all sorts of tasks

the self-opens, when I go and check my own emails, my activity feed lets me know that my prospect opened them... which is not right

Reconnecting with prospects when the time is right for them thanks to good notes + the right tasks!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is making my daily and long-term tasks more efficient and more easier. I am gaining much more time to focus on my strategical works thanks to Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there are some parts that are a little bit complicated to understand in terms of user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hubspot sales hub. It actually increased my reach out and then conversion numbers.

There are many directions that will make my job easier in reporting.

very successful in business follow-up management but it doesn't work on google
As part of the sales team, I find HubSpot very easy to use & great for planning
What do you like best about the product?
Reminders, ease of use, integrates with many systems, and the switch over from one to the other is quick and pain-free.
I also love reports and those are individually customizable to suit my own visual desire.

I can't think of many, the only issue I think I have had has been to do with creating a new HubSpot account but even then it wasn't any issue of Hubspot but more our own side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our leads and making sure none are getting lost in the day-to-day swing of sales and business. If we didn't have HubSpot we would be losing leads all over the place.

What do you like best about the product?
Email sequence, Company details, Companies/customer roaster, chat inbox, and meeting booked or task created notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still, I do not find anything in Hubspot that makes my impression negative, as everything is well defined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can enroll 50 contacts in bulk and saves our time. We can see who the Sales rep and the contact owner of the contact are before we reach out to them.

It's my absolute pleasure to recommend my friends, colleagues, and companies I have worked with them in the past. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with HubSpot Sales Hub and realized that it has a precious asset to our team and others seeking to have a tool like that in their company.
Hubspot has been a very useful and productive tool to connect with business contacts.
What do you like best about the product?
The calling feature is useful since I'm not required to switch between two devices (handphone and laptop) to make calls. Since it's connected to the email platform, it has proved useful for me to track the emails sent to contacts. The other important feature I use is the Snippet feature which has made my life easier while typing similar content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot limits the number of emails sent as part of a sequence to just five. It will be useful if we can increase the number of emails in a sequence. Also, the invoice feature in Hubspot has a few limitations which I'm trying to address through calls to the Hubspot team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with prospects and continue the conversation based on the responses. I'm able to keep track of the deals through the reporting tool. I'm not able to comment if the business performance has improved; however, it has made my life easier.

This is definitely a platform to consider investing in.

Integrations and Notifications make our work simplified due it pick up the lead directly from the website once it arrives.

As of now nothing to say I don't like Hubspot

Not using too many tools like the email, calendar, scheduling meetings and calls, once we integrate our apps everything is been captured for a single lead so the tracking made very easy.
