What do you like best about the product?
Deals portion, I am able to track multiple deals at different stages
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a lot of bulk features are not available. Also, on my browser, loading time takes more than a few seconds to load between each window, making it difficult to do multiple quick tasks at a time

What do you like best about the product?
The automation components are excellent - little customisation required which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic features are missing e.g. filtering by the number of emails opens

Being able to review last conversations with clients.

Not being able to fully integrate Cradle, to make calls from Hubspot to cradle.

Following up on conversations and emails, when you can't remember what the last point of contact was about.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessible overview you have with the deals and easily task my team members to complete assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime you wanna add something it's tied up to an additional cost and it raises the price significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better follow-up, more organization helps us track our sales and ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good solution, but it can get very pricey.

I understand why but having to upgrade our Hubspot account to assess features.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, from inputting a new contact or importing contacts to the ease of which it integrates with your email provider, calendars and many other functional tools and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier for regular users to add apps or tools without getting an admin to approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with leads across multiple channels and for all of those communications to easily be tracked within the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for creating your customer lists, deals, following your pipline and creating deals. I like the ability to be able to send emails through it and automatically set reminders to follow up in a few days. You can create detailed backgrounds to your prospects through notes and email tracking so that when you pass prospects from BD to Sales you have a great prospect history built and easily readable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations with other 3rd party tools like Outreach aren't great. It can be a little 'clunky' at times. I also think menus should be a little more customisable to suit each business. Language matters between different countries and where deal can mean one thing in one place, it's got a different meaning in another place. Being able to edit small things like that would be handy without having to go get it voted on in forums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the customer database issue! It's great for building your prospect lists, pipelines, deal stages.
