Huge fan of Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use and has such a large array of features. It's easily customisable and customisations don't break the system like other crms.
What do you dislike about the product?
As their features as separated into different packages, it can be limiting sometimes if you want to pick and choose certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective management of contact details, outreach, reporting. Benefit is a low touch solution which enables clear reporting and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organised our System is not that we used hubspot, everythign is there where we need it

to be honest i love everything about the app, there isnt any flaws

We have a huge list of clients we help and we can filter the entire list at the click of a button when we need them because hubspot alows us to do so

i recommend anyone in the sales industry should use this platform to achieve and meet their customer needs.
HubSpot is better than Salesforce, and it's not even close
What do you like best about the product?
This has to be the most user friendly CRM in the market. I've used a bunch of other ones, all of which took weeks of training to understand. Hubspot took 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything, I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using their calling tool is huge. Paired with Tasks, my reps have been able to hit industry high call numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to use this as a tool for your sales team I cannot recommend it enough. It doesn't have some of the functionality of a Salesforce in terms of managing non sales projects (from what I can tell) but there's a million different benefits for software companies.

The support team is always very helpful.

Sometimes it is counterproductive to have a different level of access to services.

It is making our customer experience quite seamless as we can record relevant infomation in a tidy and easily accessible manner.

Support is readily available and very easy to work with. Setup, creation, and automation are a breeze!

We are solving what leads are buying the most revenue and tracking how we are pacing to our goal. Other benefits I've realized is how workflows can help me re-assign leads and more.

What do you like best about the product?
For me HubSpot it's a one-stop-shop for everything I do in a daily basis. My favorite features are:

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to improve is the way you manage email campaigns. Many things need to change. For example, you can not create lists easily or to update the email template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I get is that I can manage all my leads from a centralized place, I can communicate with them from one spot, manage my meetings, and contact efforts.

It's the most complete CRM out there

What do you like best about the product?
The app is quite nice, frankly missing some features compared with the web browser view. But very useable on a smartphone or tablet. I find I rarely need to use my desktop. The GUI for the dealflow is very usable and collaborative efforts can be achieved using it. We sell consulting services and I find the HubSpot view is actually better than "the big guys your probably considering"

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't generate quotes from the app, but the website works from a mobile device well enough. I also want some sort of scripting feature. Perhaps I'm missing something but someway of keeping track of what anecdotes and metaphors I use with each client would be clutch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visual representation of deals and tasks is helpful to me. I find I can maintain contact with roughly 1000 active leads using this software. We chose HubSpot day 1 so I can't quite say what it would have been like to "switch"
I did launch a business with "the big guys" several years ago and found their system to be difficult to deploy. I could handle it but just barely. I believe HubSpot could be deployed without a consultant. "The other one" requires a consultant to deploy in its entirety.

Lovely Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that tasks make my work flow so easily to organize my day. Without it, I don't know how I would keep in touch with so many prospects and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way that I could automate my day to make it so I can create tasks flows when there are normal patterns in my contacts with those in my funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I am solving with HubSpot Sales Hub is staying in touch with our database on a constant basis. The benefits that I have realized is by being persistent in my communication speaks volumes to my success.
