Sales Hub for Execs in Adtech
What do you like best about the product?
The filtering options are quite helpful for me, especially in a growing team; being able to sort by everything from colleague to lead status has been really beneficial in efficiency for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to bulk add leads into a list or sequence is highly frustrating and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganisation was a massive problem for us using old spreadsheets, so now we have almost a live document of the right leads, as well as even being able to see the last time someone was contacted on LI or via email has been a great help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please add a feature to bulk-add leads to lists and sequences

Hubspot made it much more efficient to organize and track our business processes

The benefits of using hubspot is that all the information is easier to keep track of and organize, and it is much more user friendly than what our business was using beforehand

A downside of using hubspot was getting set up and having to upload so much data.

Data organization and deal tracking. much more user friendly than excel

make sure you have an effective system to upload data
It keeps me organized and reinforces a routine when contacting prospects.

I like that I can make calls and have them recorded directly from the app.

Sometimes my company list gets jarbled or it takes too many clicks to exit a contact and return to customer list.

I like the synchronization with Gmail. It helps keep everything in one spot.

What is most helpful about Hubspot is how it supports you in every step of your sales cycle, from outreach to close.

What is least helpful in Hubspot is that it can sometimes feel slow.

With HubSpot, I have seen significant benefits through the use of tracking correspondence. I also love the ease of sequencing and outreach. HubSpot's contact list is so much easier than some other CRM. The sales analytics are so valuable and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides us with a precise and, at the same time, flexible tags and structure that let us categorize our leads and customers as well as to define our marketing and sales campaigns. New features make navigation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to use lists to combine contacts and companies filters. Lists take a long time to charge the information.

Hubspot lets us have a clear and quick vision on how we are performing and growing our business

What do you like best about the product?
One feature that I didn't use that much before was the extension on the browser tab. Once I realized what I could do, it helped massively in generating sales. I like that you can see when someone opens up an email, clicks on a link in the email and how many times they have done it. That way, you can understand the accounts that are worth contacting.
A new feature which I really enjoy is when the accounts change colour when they have been inactive for a certain amount of time. With it also stating how long they have been inactive for. This way we can know which client is worth reaching out to.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you are viewing the board in a certain way, you can only scroll down 100 accounts which can make it quite challenging to get an excellent visual overview of where they are in the pipeline.
Another aspect that I dislike is that we don't have more options on the send button to schedule follow ups. At the moment it is 3 days and 5 days (I am aware we can create custom ones but it would be good to have different days available within the email button itself. This would help in reducing the time and having to go to the account and put in thte tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think we are saving a lot of time using Hubspot; all of the information for each account can be accessed very quickly, with an overview of all the contacts, notes, and potential tasks that need to be complete. We are also becoming more efficient in our outreach, using templates and sequences. The team here all have their templates, and over the month, we can then see which one has done best. Meaning our open rates are increasing, and we are utilizing our time much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise that this is for someone or a team looking to become more efficient and streamlined in their work. If your team and the business are growing fast, Hubspot is the right tool to use. You can collate everything all in one place. From a management perspective, you can also see how the business is performing regarding revenue and team activity. This way, you can see what is going well and what can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's modular yet lean and flexible model has been instrumental in helping us streamline our prospecting efforts. Templates and snippets are not only helpful in speeding up and structuring our efforts but can also contribute to sharing best practices with other marketing and sales colleagues within the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the service hub is the least used functionality, at least from a sales and marketing perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us tremendously with pipeline visibility and more practically following up - diligently - on all active opportunities in the pipeline. This is where I start my day

The content is very clear and the settings easy to set and is very oriented to my tasks on my day to day
