This is the best CRM that I have used and while I haven't used many that means that I am not skilled at navigating them but this is easily navigated and so incredibly useful
Best Alternative to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so simple to use. I used to be obsessed with Salesforce but after using Hubspot I am obsessed with Hubspot now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is you cannot change sequences while a contact is in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot as our all in one CRM. The best part is you do not need Hubspot and another software to make calls and email. I love being able to just use one system.

I don't have a firm relationship with the Hubspot organization.

We are able to case manage great and they have phone systems that integrate with them to add an extra level of ease.

The trainings are beneficial. I love learning and growing through all the information HS provides

It's not that I dislike but I just have to get used to certain automation tools.

I have gained a lot of knowledge from Hubspot Sales Hub. I've learned how to identify, follow up with prospects, as well as just everyday operations as a sales professional.

Is user friendly and does the job efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't upload images on quotes and it's hard for the clients to visualize what products they are buying specially if it's a furniture company. So I would say the app for making quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make statistics of sales, email marketing, quotes, clients can pay through stripe. So I can say that I am more productive due to hubspot and our business performance has increased

Hubspot is one of the best platforms for CRM.

I like how prospects can book straight to a calendar and it's easy to see where they came from

I wish there was a consolidated way to see everything in terms of a broader dashboard (maybe there is and I haven't seen that yet!)

Robust CRM Makes Sales Team Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub's intuitive user experience makes it very easy for all members of our sales team to communicate with our prospects and each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the amount of data our Hubspot account contains, it sometimes takes a minute or two to process lists and reflect changes to filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We efficiently execute cold calls using both the Hubspot web app and the Hubspot mobile app in tandem. We keep track of our tasks, managing deals and pipelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very powerful and highly customizable tool. Because of that, there's a lot to learn. Take advantage of the new customer onboarding sessions to ask lots of detailed questions. Also, use the Hubspot support chat feature for great support as other questions come up. You will love this CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
This CRM is easy to understand and work with, Task feature and storing companies and contacts are top-notch
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't run into anything I dislike... I think merging companies and contacts could be a little cleaner, outside of that great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and contact organization. I would be lost without Hub Spot
