Workflow works!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tools for email and air call integration. The Dashboards help my daily, weekly and monthly goal tracking. I also appreciate the ability to customize my tasks and queues to keep track and prioritize what I want to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be our company's set-up but the Contacts being separated from our leads, have created one lead to be divided into the Lead side or Contact side for just one lead. It confused me at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved for visually organizing my day, month and even quarters in the future into a seamless pipeline that I can customize in my dashboard. I have the benefit of visualizing my data how it makes sense to me most.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to cross-check all information that has been entered. Very user- friendly if given the time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing thus far. I love this tool and will continue to learn all that it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HubSpot to track the growth of a company is a challenge. However, the Benefits are used correctly will be positive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using HubSpot as it helps to keep me organized and has unlimited capabilities as far as CRMs go.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great CRM and has very easy navigation and client tracking software. Really like the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they had a texting option fully built-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to add as many lead statuses as you'd like for contacts is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's intuitiveness and ease of use. It's a very powerful all-in-one tool for our growth team. We've tried a few other tools in the past and HubSpot is by far the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking contacts, companies, and deals can be an extra step sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management, everyday sales activities, and marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, quick data response and easy organization of my data
What do you dislike about the product?
"Lists" must have " contact name" first. I waste time when working " tasks". I see far too many contacts vs the " companies" I need.
Imporovemeb: change format for creating lists, allow data sorting in "lists"and "tasks" for all columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering data and having an organized availability of contacts and info for use of the sales rep.
Much more productive using Hubspot skills

What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to address my clients' needs so much better with HubSpot! It allows me to prioritize what exactly needs to get done and gives me the freedom to communicate easily with each of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aesthetically, the design of HubSpot is fairly basic. Simplicity is great, but I often find that the way information is displayed is sometimes a bit jumbled or there's not enough data for me to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we can manage all of our relationships, notes, sales, etc. This helps us all be on the same page when discussing different clients and making sure they have exactly what they need!

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness of the platform. Keeping my days on track has never been easier. The meetings have been a huge help too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the meeting options (the times) could be customized. For example, Book 15 minutes, Let's Chat. Or Book 60 minutes for a full demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not letting opportunities slip through the cracks. doing what I said I was going to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot. I am able to stay inside the CRM for all my workflows: emails, calling, list creating, marketing and even my to-do list. When I run into any issues, their customer service team is always there, either via live chat or email. They also have forums where you can submit ideas, and they actually implement them.
I love tasks and queues! Without this feature, I would be lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not perfect when it comes to catching duplicate records and that can be frustrating. Also, I do wish they use a color coding system, or a banner to let you know the different lifecycle stages. These are small and dont impact overall performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are building out business, it is great to have everything centralized in Hubspot. Also, as I mentioned above, the tasks and queues function are an incredible way to organize my day and time. I could not live without them,

It's quite easy, simple and great CRM to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot takes a lot of time to export the contacts and sometimes the conversion ratio is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging Audience and Finding out leads as well.

It is so user friendly allows me to see
Interactions with potential clients allowing me to tweek my script based on the info I can see

It's app is able to be used on mobile devices but if I could work more comfortablly on my phone that would be amazing
