Great Hubspot Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of things. There are lots of great tools that I can take advantage of. I really like being able to see the tasks that I have assigned to myself to make sure that I do not forget anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very slow and the website isn't responsive. There is limited marketing analytics, and the template format won't allow me to insert a photo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is my time management and organization. With the use of the Tasks function and a grid view of assigned deals under the sales tab, I can accurately see which deals I need to spend more time on.
Hubspot is great
What do you like best about the product?
Sequencing is a new feature, very good for expanding my outreach. Also I love the email opening stats
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could click contacts within a company page and not leave that specific page

Outreach productivity increased
Easy to use and you can literally create a report on anything

Reporting and analytics feature, easy to compare and improve

It does not have a desktop app, hence it covers all the web browser

Reporting, analytics, sales techniques, and whatnot. Most importantly, it improves the productivity of the team

The option that tells you if you've repeated a listing!

Often crashes. Bugs within uploading a new directory

All sorts. Not repeating customers to contact as it tells you what's already been loaded.

Everything. Very useful for work from home

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very customizable to fit our needs. We are tracking hundreds of new clients, their training, and their communication. Hubspot makes it quick and easy. I also like the integrations with our Google Calendar for Zoom appointments. A very nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot wants to track all of my emails. If I fail to turn off tracking, my emails get tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows coordination for our communication with our clients. It's easy to see past communication so we do not have multiple people sending the same emails.
Great software for SMB sales
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this software is automation in almost every aspect. I have been using the sequences feature since I don't know how long but have never been deceived by the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have experienced lag and delays in the software during critical tasks. However, it is covered well by other features in HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub have been excellent in managing my leadsets and reporting tool has been upgraded as well. I am really fond of HubSpot team putting in their 200% to ensure smooth operations

HubSpot itself is a must-have tool for a company eager to organize its operations and marketing simultaneously.
Great entry CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use and manage both contacts and deals across relevant opportunity stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently have issues where the system can't find contacts by standard search criteria (email, name, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly and easy manage pipeline and have forecast visibility.

Sometimes there are some bugs or automatic workflows that are tricky to identify

I like the way I can create tasks, manage pipelines and follow the easy system.

The loading and refresh speeds affect work. It would be great when Hubspot works on them.

I am managing the sales process of my organization and find Hubspot to be very useful. I use Hubspot every day, and it helps me track my deals, make systematic follow-ups, etc.

If you are looking for a CRM, do not hesitate to start using Hubspot. It won't disappoint you.
Have used HubSpot for over two years now
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Our internal folks are working to utilize the tool natively instead of creating workflows that sometimes effect other flows. It's a re-learn, but a great idea and better use of how tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spotty connection sometimes, having to re-connect or being unsure my emails are tracked in HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer outreach 1:1 or through sequences. Tracking customers, adding customers, tracking meetings, keeping and updating information about accounts and customers. Host templates and sequences. Sales Analytics and dashboards.
