A fast, easy to use CRM that lets you quickly organize, collect and automate key client data

I dislike the limited sequence customizability as compared to Sales Enablement Tools

We're solving the issue of scaling our business up - with Hubspot at the center, we've been able to increase our output and overall efficiency without increasing costs
Quick CRM for anybody, anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubspot is the mobile app integration because I can work my accounts from anywhere. I also like the speed, ease, user-friendly interface, Reporting & custom dashboards. The ability to easily add Companies & Contacts makes my life easier. The Calling feature saves so much time punching in phone numbers, and I love calling from my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think changes happen without much of a heads-up or warning. Uptime is not always 100%. Things are changing and growing on the HubSpot side, which is suitable for the product in the end. Personally, I wish HubSpot had more capability to filter & sort non-numerical lists. I wouldn't say I like having to scroll over on screens or dragging and dropping items in Lists. I think Hubspot can drastically improve the site speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing client lists and prioritizing deals effectively through various stages. We have realized that Hubspot makes it faster to have detailed info on clients and prospects, with a significant benefit in the ability to work anywhere, use templates, and put in sequences to move with more efficiency.
It has totally transformed the sales process for me at my company.

Easily organize my pipeline so I can focus on selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my meeting links don't connect to Gmail.

Ease of use to keep my pipeline up to date so I can focus on my actual job and selling.

CRM is easy to use and customer support is amazing

Not a lot of customizing available / some of the more advanced features are still in development. GREAT if you're just starting out though, very powerful for the money at the beginning

Gets expensive fast / limited availability for things like multiple call calendars
Hubspot: The Use in Sales and Prospecting (Business Sales)
What do you like best about the product?
In HubSpot I am able to create tasks that really break down my day. The tasks can be filtered out into Country/time zone/recently contacted etc which is great for grouping my tasks together.
What do you dislike about the product?
In HubSpot I am not able to call some foreign countries as it is not supported. It would be great to see Hubspot expand and improve being able to reach out to potential prospects in other countries (as this is currently limited)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot overall makes me more organised during work, which means I can work quicker! Hubspot also keeps track of my work in reports. These can be viewed daily/monthly/weekly and so on...therefore, when I'm set targets I find it easier to keep track and motivate myself to my new target.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great tool within sales because you're able to track your own targets aswell as others. Its also great to see how far you have come in prospecting
Easy to use, saves us time
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how easily Hubspot integrates into the team's regular workflows. Logging customer data and conversations manually is tedious -- this platform allows us to keep things up to date without tons of added effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sometimes asks for aggressive privacy permissions. Full access to your Gmail, Drive, and others. Many other apps ask for similar permissions, and there are some good reasons developers need them, but from a security perspective, there is a lot of faith and trust we put in Hubspot. I would prefer if the permissions were limited or more thoroughly explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry and repetitive tasks is the largest problem it solves. Copy/pasting emails and snippets is very tedious otherwise. Hubspot has good integrations with Google Workspace and the other software our business runs on.

I find the reporting very confusing. I try to make a simple report for a presentation each month and it's not very clear.

Sales Automation Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to collect and catalogue all leads. Email sequences can be set up and then pushed with a click of a button which makes it simple to send out marketing/sales campaigns. The task management feature is particularly important because it helps schedule for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to push contacts/companies from other sources to Hubspot. I would also like more automation built within the platform because a lot of work especially entering information is quite manual so automation could save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CRM I'm mainly looking to keep track of prior/current/future leads and Hubspot is excellent because you can sort these based on specific features. I realized I could use the contacts page to my benefit by setting up filters to determine exactly which of the past contacts are worth connecting with.
