What do you like best about the product?
How easy it i to organize! I love how everything is so easy to find and I know that I have everything about my candidates at hand
What do you dislike about the product?
that there are times when it is down and not saving my things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just wish that whatever calls I make through hubspot can be called through Dialpad. I am also more productive

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is very easy to navigate and that you are allowed to customize fields so easily. I love being able to add clients to a Static List, and create marketing emails all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of at the moment that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving organizational problems and becoming very detailed!

Meeting features, templates make my job performance easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates load slowly and it causes delays

I was able to get rid of manual email blasts and my docs are all able to schedule with me easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The deal and task sections are what we utilize the most. I like that we can adjust and customize the setup to best fit our goals and KPIs. I also love the template creation option as it saves us a lot of time with follow-up messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be tricky to learn and there are limitations to it's customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our contacts, automating emails, automating follow-up messaging, and overall management of our leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks and deals make forecasting easy and efficient. I also benefit from the extraordinary data Hubspot provides for each contact I reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect i dislike about Hubspot is the ease of creating duplicate accounts without an auto-merge feature. I manually go through and merge numerous accounts weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Hubspot sales is the calendar integration. It is extremely useful for my team and allows me to book appointments directly, based on their availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have not found anything I do not like about Hubspot sales. Everything has worked to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track our customer behavior across our web pages, which allows us to run marketing campaigns and suggest upselling our service offerings. All together, Hubspot has helped us stay on top of our clientele.

What do you like best about the product?
The snippets and sequences capabilities. I can easily create snippets that help me answer faster to my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Tasks hub can be improved. I don't like the little pop-up window it appears when I select a task, I'll rather have all that contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to find a lead and create lists for specific personas registered.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights from data and the ability to access information in light speed are amazing! It is the most user friendly CRM I have ever used. The integrations available are so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to analyze data based upon the timeline of events and when they happen to determine interest from leads/prospects. It's not that big of a deal as I am sure it's in the pipeline!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to continue to personalize and customize our content based upon our personas. We are able to deliver a more unique experience based upon their background and desires.

You don't know how good you can be until you try it!
