Makes My Day-to-Day work So Much Easier

It helps me stay organized with my prospects and ensures I never miss a follow-up. Instead of keeping notes and reminders separately, everything is in one place.
HubSpot Sales Hub; All-in-one solution for transforming sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and works excellently with the HubSpot ecosystem. We also use HubSpot Marketing and CRM solutions for our organization. It helps sales users streamline and prioritize their sales outreach based on the prospect's interest and propensity, thereby helping them focus on deals that'd likely close. It's dashboard and reporting are also great - glad to have them in the tool itself and not having to rely on external analytics platforms to measure performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Sales Hub comes packed with a lot of features, I feel that it lacks the ability to customize the platform. I have used Salesforce and Adobe platforms in the past, and they were more customizable than Sales Hub (at least in my opinion and experience). Also, it would have been great if the lower tiers could have had some more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has helped automate a lot of manual sales tasks (for which we'd have to maintain complicated spreadsheets, forms, etc.). It offers a centralized platform for all our sales users and their activities. Real-time data and analytics are a great plus, too. Overall, its built-in workflow and automation capabilities have helped us improve sales users' productivity, which directly impacts our topline.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple set-up, great variety of tools for tracking (lists, tasks, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Aircall integration, it is super buggy and opens many tabs which slows the whole computer down

Used to have the problem where id track everything in different places now I can just do everything out of hubspot

user friendly interface. very intuitive not much training is needed to be successful on this platform if you've never used it before. Good educational tools if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the is the "freemium" business model. The attractive entry-level "Starter" plans or the free CRM can be misleading for growing businesses. As a company's needs expand, like my small business (I no longer own) , they require more advanced features, the jump to the "Professional" and "Enterprise" tiers comes with a substantial price increase. Its already expensive and this is a major problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place. This makes it so much easier for our sales reps to use the platform, which makes it a lot better for adoption. It is able to make a lot of dynamic choices depending on what we need it to do. It was nice to set up and easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is sometimes a bit hard to use and does not work well with integrations. For example, you cannot use the lead scoring feature if you log calls in a different system to score those calls. It just doesn't work. If you use a lot of systems, look somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily we use it to help us understand channel performance and for routing and operations purposes. We use the email tracking to track intent and engagement.
Hubspot: Best tool for data management
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to lead management and filtering out your funnel in sales or workplace, hubspot makes its more convenient for you. The things which might take more than a day, hubspot makes it to get done in few hours or minutes. This not only saves your time, but also makes you free from unnecessary pressure and time limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Click to call facility can be more advanced with hubspot generated numbers. These numbers should get changed one the current one gets spammed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to navigate through my interested, prospect, hot and warm leads and to churn the data efficiently. This saves my time and makes the things get done in very less time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that everything for our customers and leads is in 1 place!
I can open a company, see all the contacts, activity for account, and get a high level view. Then I can drill into each contact to see specific activity for each person. Our service team also uses the Inbox feature to collect incoming emails and answer questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found the quote feature to be as robust as we were hoping for creating quotes/invoices for our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our sales and marketing teams work closely together, we have everythign in 1 place to see all outgoing emails, sequences, etc. We can also see who attended webinars and are searching for more information.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use as ity is user friendly. It leeps tracj of all the records of lead. we can create task and also create and check email templates. It is easy to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features we require subscription which includes high cost. Some features are complex and not able to understand first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes all the reports, leads, calls notes and email & we can do track report of it. It offers automation tools which makes work so easy.
Absolutely love it! Lets me be on top of my Sales pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can keep a track of all my deals in one screen, all tasks are there in one screen. I actively use dashboards to spot leakages in my pipeline. The mobile app certainly helps in keeping track as well. Deal score is very useful and so is the deals that have no activity scheduled. If there are changes required to the pages, the implementation is easy. I haven't used the customer support yet but the AI assistant takes care of that. I have integrated my Hubspot with various 3rd party tools like Appscript, tldv, sheets, calendar, gmail. it's all very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing that I have to pick that I do not like, it would be the time taken to load a page on the web app. If that experience becomes smoother, I would be the happiest guy in the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of issues that I was facing without it. I often forgot to call back a certain client or respond to some client. Now that I am using the Sales Hub, the process is much smoother and there are easy ways for me to track the leakages in the sales pipeline and fix them.
