Easy to use CRM with fluid mobility
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales is rather intuitive and easy to use to start a sales campaign and follow up with prospects. The sequences are easily implemented and helpful for precision follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would change a few aspects of I would like to add contacts to a sequence directly from their contact profile and have contacts linked with multiple companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive reach out with a smaller sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto-populating info from the url. This makes data entry a breeze

The only thing i've found that could be improved is not having to go to the drop down to select the industry.

TIME TIME TIME TIME. I ahve more time to sell and less time dealing with being married to a CRM

- All interactions with clients in one place (easy email logging, phone dialer, meeting sync with Zoom & Google Calendar)
- Features including Workflow Automation and Reporting (snippets, templates, customized report dashboard)
- Great integration with our intake forms and customization of sidebar with captured info (saving time on manual input)

- Appearance of lengthy view of threads when throughly checking through email logs
- When using extension in gmail, one has to double check who/what deals the email is logged to

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform makes it easy to ensure tasks do not fall through the cracks. With lots of opportunities for automation, not only with workflows from initial client interest, but also continuing through the account relationship management flow of sequences, it feels like this CRM has been a superb fit for what my team has looked to do with it thus far!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As previously mentioned, when using extension in gmail, be sure to be through with who/what deals the email is logged to.

Creating templates to speed up email and not taking processes helps tremendously.

Although quick, the clicks to get from one place to another could be shortened using smart learning or customized site mapping for more streamlined usage for essentials.

Taking notes and keeping track of customers' needs are organized and can be integrated with various other programs to allow for scheduling agility.

The setup can be very tricky but after a while you get used to it.

I enjoy using high-level reporting, and we've utilized round-robin meeting links to operationalize our selling process.

It's sometimes challenging to get specific measurements (for instance, full-channel conversion or exact sales conversion rates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to scale our sales team from 0-10 relatively quickly. I like the overview and ease of using the meetings tools or reporting.
