What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly interface with plenty of options for campaigns and organized calling cadence

NOthing I can really think of it was smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a call cadence and having everything with calls being tracked
HubSpot is right for our sales process
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales process is unique and strategic. Having experienced many CRMs in the past, HubSpot has been the most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish there was a LinkedIn API that would automatically input data into profiles. I realize this is an expensive decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are modifying sequences to both be more effective and not be confined to the spam filter.
I enjoy helping my colleagues see the value of HubSpot.
What do you like best about the product?
CRM's must be easy to use or people won't use them. Hubspot makes it easy to create the building blocks (Meetings, Templates, Documents). From there you can do more advanced things like creating email sequences to stay in front of your prospect with the right message while consistently allowing them access to your "meeting link" to schedule time when it's right for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most CRM's, and somewhat contrary to my last point. There are SO many features that it can be daunting for a new person. I wish there was a course that was 101, 201, 301 - SO THAT the adoption rate was higher within our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to use sequences helps me to schedule 5-6 emails over 6-9 months with a click of a few buttons. In my industry, timing is of the essence. Being in front of my client with clear and consistent messaging is a huge win.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth it, BUT you must take time to learn it.
It's been absolutely incredible using Hubspot for my daily tasks and duties!

The app doesn't work as well as I'd like it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up on each of our tasks with ease. The close date helps a ton to see what we have accomplished as well as the reminders on tasks!

Be willing to learn the interface and don't become overwhelmed!

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing how Hubspot can assist me with the sequences so I can touch all of my contacts without having to go one by one, I can do different tasks while Sequences are running

I would only like to enroll more contacts per day.

Honestly, I haven't had any complaints. It works well and gets my job done.

Trying to accomplish B2B sales is difficult, but I've realized how easy Hubspot makes it to do that job.
Amazing Sales Tool To Grow Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows you to maintain your leads super effectively. It's a fantastic software that will enable you to communicate quickly and efficiently as your customer engages with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to find anything not to like about this fantastic software. The only minor issue I see is the software tells me to collect 50% when I have already done so, but that is super minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to communicate things quickly to customers. The significant benefit is getting customers the information, as I say, at the speed of light.

I like the tasks function best - it allows you to keep track of all upcoming calls/emails! I love it it's been such a great product and would recommend it! 100%!

Sometimes the calling function will freeze up or have technical issues. I love it it's been such a great product and would recommend it! Please keep Hubspot in mind for all your sales needs!

We are solving the issue of not having everything all in one place. it's also great that it syncs with salesforce so that everything is linked up! It has solved a lot of issues for us!

just use all the functions that it has! It's a great product!
The Best CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
The User interface is very friendly and easy to navigate. Between the Tasks, Sequences and other tools built into to HubSpot it makes my days prospecting as an SDR much easier than other CRMs I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot in general is a powerhouse for a CRM and there are not any features I dislike. Typically if there is a feature or function needed it is already built in or can plug in with a Zap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The day-to-day is much more proficient using HubSpot and the overall goals I need to hit make it possible to use HubSpot to its fullest. Worth the investment for sure.

It integrates so well with just call and panda docs. Helps to have everything at your fingertips. Great way to keep on top of your customers and ensure you don't miss anything.

There is not much that is not to like. It integrates well with all means of communication with customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of your customers is so well. Sequence emails and logs of all communications make it so easy you never have to keep a log somewhere seprate. It is all in one spot.
