One of the best CRM for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and navigate. It has one of the best UI in the CRM industry
What do you dislike about the product?
They can do better in terms of connecting Contacts and Deals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a sales CRM. we re using it for Sales and MArketing. I also create my meeting links

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is like we can easily manage all our work in a single place. We can dial calls send emails, and the records are automatically maintained in the database as well. It has been a great experience working with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
One can update records on the contacts uploaded by the third person, which should not have been the case. Sometimes it doesn't create an account when leads are added for it making it difficult to see how many and what leads have been uploaded under the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of the activities of every individual in the team and monitor their progress. There is no redundancy of contacts. We can update the conversation with our contacts in the place.

Everything is at hand, very intuitive to use .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I experience some lag with the site and bad loading.

Just make sure to be well organized in order for you to really value hubspot.
It has been a great tool for our organization. The only thing that I would improve is how it looks.

The way is connected with other tools. Specially with Gmail

The face out. there is room for improvement. More appealing and easier to follow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The info is always there, It does not matter if someone leaves the company since the new employee can go and check all the history of each lead and deal.
Easy to Navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation around the CRM is super easy and convenient! I enjoy creating my own email templates and being able to organize them in their own folders- adding and adjusting hyperlinks are great for lead engagement. I love the different options to view your pipeline, such a great resource!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HS runs slow, do not like the SalesMsg integration (That is a Salesmsg issue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many different dashboards, I am able to quickly send out large amounts of emails to leads in a specific category.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes you have everything you are working on very organized and ready for you at any time. The upside is that you can work on your tasks, sales, and marketing from one platform and increase productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the dislikes are related to my specific use case for example faster ways of enrolling contacts into a sequence/workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of scattered information and unorganized execution. My productivity improves upon using HubSpot DAILY.
Much better than others in the market but like anything is can always get better

Tracking functionality is very poor, it is blocked by a large majority of organisations

2) No bulk upload or rather export from excel with majority of the field nicely tied in such as
a) logging calls on a specific date

How it's all interconnected and you can search anything in the search bar and it will show results from all areas

How you have to be on a more premium plan for workflows. Would be super useful for our org
