Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It so much easier to use than other CRMs
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the ability to see who opened an email if you send it to more than one contact. If the message went to only 1 person, it's clear it was opened by them. If you send to 2 people, you can't tell which of the 2 opened it. I don't even know if that's possible to update, but it would be really cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily view my tasks for the day, and I like that it sends me a daily email of what needs to be accomplished. It makes me more productive.
Hubspot is the best CRM I have used in my career.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the call recordings, the integrations (slack for example), and the ability to stay organized with tasks. I also love the customization with building workflows, sequences, and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the email tracking capabilities. Since HubSpot tracks all emails by a separate email address, it marks each email as opened even if it was just opened by Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my processes and organization problems. People don't slip through the cracks as easily with task organization and sequences. I love also that it integrates with seamless.

Easy to Use CRM and MA Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Deal management is very user-friendly and makes pipeline management easy for the sales team. Workflows are great for sending email and building sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be a bit challenging to understand at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal/pipeline management has become less time-consuming and easier for the team to manage. Time saved on sales tasks and keeping deals up to date.

Hub spot task tracker on the deals, the tracking on emails and how many times it has been opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
Back up codes, I have to also use back up codes instead of Pin it sends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking if customers have received or opt-out of emails. Customer's accidentally send emails to spam and we resolve the issue

Very efficient workflow options and makes tracking emails very convenient. I like the ability to merge contacts in case there are duplicates

I do not like the mass amount of specific information that makes it difficult to understand the important information.

The learning was a bit tedious. Hard to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
How efficient Hubspot makes my every day easier. Especially within sequences, because this makes my outreach to potential clients that much easier. I do not know what I would do without hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't one thing about Hubspot that I specifically dislike. Everything works smoothly for my every day tasks. One aspect is after my sequence my contacts are almost just lost. There is probably a good way to go about this but I'm not familiar with the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with HubSpot is the ability to reach out to way more clients in a every day manner. This has benefited rather than doing these tasks manually.

It makes your every day at work easier, I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly integrated with Google to provide the best most comprehensive sales tools I've ever had the pleasure of using to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on calling minutes and I'm sure the continued price increases for all of the features we like

Follow up - call counting - feedback on recorded calls - all easy and better with HS
HubSpot is an intuitive tool that helps me drive customer involvement and close deals!

I like the organization of the workflow. It helps me track deals through my pipeline, keep very detailed records of customer interactions, and build good reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing automation is a bit cumbersome. I don't use this feature very much, but when I do, it always takes me a long time to get my bearings and I find it difficult to make changes to things that are already in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I LOVED the sales training. The "boringly similar" line of thinking not only helped me as an individual sales rep, but helped our entire organization close more of the things that we are best at!
