The most complete CRM system that i've worked
What do you like best about the product?
The adaptive workflow system, integrations and evolutive tool growth
What do you dislike about the product?
i can't utilize the scheduling system to do a meeting for multiple guests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of tasks during the sales process step by step, identifying where the team needs help to doing a better work and reach better results

Before to setup the Sales hub, we need to plan step by step to achieve the company goals.
HubSpot has scaled our start up exponentially in just 3 years
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub allows us to nurture warm leads while our sales team focuses on hot deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like every feature, there is much more functionality we have yet to unlock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed a single user to market and educate more than 8000 contacts from tradeshows, linked in our website and various lead sources.
HubSpot can do it all!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can have the entire Sales Process in the CTM and all forms being used in the process. User friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits - everyone is on the same process and not using their own. We can track all movement and that the process is being used.

Rapidly being able to send sequences out, endless integrations with other platforms, ease of use and easy to understand analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not the most technical person, yet Hubspot was easy to use, intuitive, and gives me everything I need, from key data that drives my daily activity to the ability to communicate with clients and prospects in ways that makes sense to me and them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. It's a complete crm tool and likely the one I've used more and most effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! Whether it's segmenting prospects, running key reports, or creating campaigns, hubspot has made it easy to manage my day to day tasks, as well as keeping track for my longer term projects and goals

Follow the trainings within the tool to get the most out of hubspot. It's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I do not need to be a complete guru of Hubspot in order to understand how to Hubspot. Hubspot is very user-friendly in comparison to other CRMs I have had to use in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complicated it is to add a contact or phone number to a specific person in a company. I also do not like that I cannot see if anyone was a former employee or manager at a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to see many benefits of using Hubspot. I am able to see what tasks are at hand for the day, what are for the future, and the notifications being sent to me in real-time when an AE closes a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that a client's information is prepopulated automatically into HubSpot once you send an email. I also love that their information such as size, revenue, address, etc. is also populated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would change. I am really happy with HubSpot and I have used SalesForce as well as Dynamics in my previous positions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to change and update CRM, I use this every day so that's important.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has named connecting profiles "Households" but there's no way to differentiate between all the households. Very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database utilization. The emails about daily tasks is great.
Hubspot helps me be more efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive and easy to use. The task feature is one of my favorite tools because it automatically creates my daily, prioritized to-do list as I add tasks. It also helps to keep clients from slipping through the cracks or not getting follow-up calls/emails etc. I also like the templates feature because it allows me to be more efficient when sending emails and I can easily make changes so I can have multiple, similar emails for specific clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the templates tool I choose to send it through Gmail because I don't care for how the emails send through Hubspot. I feel like I have more control in Gmail.
