What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, easy to use. I like that you can set a template for multiple tasks and reuse that set of tasks (as opposed to one at a time). Not as bulky as Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I think it's great and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to track clients and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! It's intuitive to setup and to use. Way better than clunky Salesforce. I really like it. Nothing not to like.
Simple functionality, and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use due to the layout and flow of processes. From a sales standpoint, it was easy to keep track of events, tasks, and uppdating information.
What do you dislike about the product?
No speed dialer functionality, might be available as an add-on. Not sure

We are simplifying the sales process for the documentation & tracking metrics/activity.

For Reporting of Sales, Products and Pricing, ARR and MRR style of metrics are not available. I am told that this is coming in the near future.

I am using it for Sales Process management.

CPQ functionality is lacking but I am told that it is coming in the near future.

The communication/activity tracker is the best feature of the site.

I want a CRM to be easier to navigate. There are features that you need to dig for to find.

Sales job booking is super easy. I'm making sales with out even realizing it.
Hubspot Review as a Sales Development Representative
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I like the overall graphical user interface of Hubspot as it is very simple and easy to use. The best feature of HubSpot is creating email templates for the sequences and sending out multiple sequences at a time. The automation of lead generation is very easy and rapid. the support provided by HubSpot is extraordinary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about HubSpot but I just want to recommend that in sequence enrolments we have the limit of sending out 50 emails at a time. if this range might be increased to 100-500 it can be very easy for us to enroll multiple emails at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most challenging problem we are addressing is keeping all of our sales lead information in one place. Multiple team members can use HubSpot at a time. We can track sales performance in an easy way. we can manage our lead in our database in a more convenient way using HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used multiple CRMs like Pipedrive, Nutshell, Salesforce, Zoho but Hubspot is very effective and easy to use as compared to the others I have used. Hubspot also provides a free trial to its user which allows them to determine if whether they would like to pay for it or not which is really helpful for starters to get a know-how of the platform.
Tracks everything!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful to take notes and know what is happening on all accounts and deals. I love that I can import things directly from Zoom Info. It is great to have everything so organized and tailored to exactly what we need as a company. It is also awesome that I can tag people and comment on different actions. This tag makes communication straightforward and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling isn't the best, and I want to link more customers with deals. I wish when I had a deal, I could attach more than one company to the said deal. Currently, I can only connect with multiple employees and contacts. I also with there was an easier way to call a number for the first time without trying to add in a new contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see all data on what is happening with people's accounts. We are able to see that people are working and their exact activity. It is helpful to know what is going on and have very easy views to set up. Having the ability to create brand new dashboards has been an awesome opportunity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has been great using this as our CRM. So easy to organize and know what to do each day in order to make it the most successful. I would recommend HubSpot to anyone that is looking for a great way to stay on top of everything that is going on. BEST CRM ever. I would recommend starting a conversation with someone at hubspot and seeing how they can help.
User Friendly and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is having all my emails, calls, and meetings all logged in one place. This makes tracking outreach and contact a breeze and incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
list building can be difficult in hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem I am overcoming with hubspot is staying in contact and following up with contacts. All contact is tracked and I can easily set tasks for follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a sold tool and is relatively easy to use. I would recommend it.
