Simple and Powerful CRM

What do you like best about the product?
First time using HubSpot for my sales role, and it's really nice to use! In only a few moves you can create new Deals and manage them rapidly.
I use Tasks everyday to keep a record of my activities and find the perfect time to contact my customers.
Dashboards are really useful too. You can create a lot of filters and graphs to monitoring all statistics about you and your team.
The mobile app gives you real-time notifications about emails sent to your customer. That gives you a perfect hint to contact them!
If you make any mistake, you can easily and quickly go back and solve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will improve the way in which Contacts, Deals and Companys are connected: It can happen you will need to search between a lot of data before finding what you need.
I would like to see a real-time update when I make some actions (new call, email, etc.). Sometimes you will wait 30-45sec before you can see your action recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solved my agenda organization principally. You can set a specific day-time to make an action. You can add an alert too, and HubSpot will notify you. You will never loose an appointment anymore!
Email tracking is simply "WOW". You can see when a customer opens your email, how many times and where he clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best CRM software used until now. It semplifies the way you can work with your opportunities and helps you to reach your objectivies.
If you should have any problem, you have a dedicated support that can assist you to solve it.

What do you like best about the product?
Its an easy to use platfrom and achieves what I need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
However some of the contacts, it is difficult to scroll through the required information at company view level. To ensure you are getting what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting the required people with lists.

Its an easy to use platform and having been recommending to my friend who is starting up their own small business

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for a tech novice, great way to stay organized and communicate between various teams. Love the integrations with Zoominfo, Google Cal, and Slack!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot app needs to allow for more functionalities across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect with various team members and stay organized through our pipeline. We have realized that having a ledger for our deals is incredibly important!

What do you like best about the product?
That I can call straight out of the app, and that I can write notes on the call and click around from contact to company to deal with the call still going
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it should be easier to find call records and to instantly associate them with other contacts and companies with the same phone number

Keeping my leads organized and my tasks scheduled This helps me stay organized and gives me a great workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create sequences easily and then enroll lists of contacts in the sequence
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little easier to edit Sequences. Also would be great to be able to edit a sequence that has started without having to kill that sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiently reaching out to sales prospects/contacts. Very good data tracking and analytics based on various status of emails... sent, opened, clicked, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
For never using HS CRM, I was able to get acclimated and running surprisingly quickly (think 2 days), which is a HUGE plus. The reporting is pretty straightforward, and creating Sequences/Templates are a breeze; the amount of tools Hubspot can integrate into has been a game-changer for myself and team. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hindrance with Hubspot is that you are only "allowed" to create 5 steps within a "Sequence". It's very limiting and different from other similar platforms I have experience within. Additionally, if you want to thread or "float" any of your 5 steps/emails, you have to commit to 1 Subject Line; it will thread through the 5 steps entirely. If you want different subject lines, your only option is to create a new/different subject line for each one, but each email will send independent of the other steps within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the main tool my Sales team uses for both housing our data, as well as depending on it for efficient Campaign email outreach. The sole fact we can rely on this tool to keep our prospects engaged with minimal effort on our end says it all.

It is really helpful for my sales and tracking sales of my team. I have done a lot of sales courses

Sometimes I merge things by mistake and there is not a way to undo that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, following up with my clients, and tracking our sales team metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love it m but understanding how to create reports is not really friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user-friendly the platform is. Hubspot keeps things straightforward and customizable. I love being able to create sequences in a matter of minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this is a HubSpot issue, but I need more integrations to further automate my work - calling, LinkedIn, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm streamlining my outreach! A benefit is the reporting that check every day to see where I am with emails, calls, meetings, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track correspondence, deals, quotes, and follow up actions items for all of my clients/leads with just a couple clicks is a huge time saver. While my experience is solely with the Sales portion, the other potions of HubSpot integrated quite nicely with HubSpot Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just two things I believe need some improvement: (1) returning to the companies/contacts page should not reset filters each time. This adds unnecessary steps when having to move backward. (2) The search function is a bit finacky. There have been times when clietns do not show up after searching, leading to several duplicates which clutter the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses HubSpot Sales for outreach, tracking (inbound & outbound), creating deals, quotes, and finalizing these quotes. Options to leave notes, show parent/child company associations, and importing contacts is a game-changer
