Best CRM we can use!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and how well it integrates with our other software!
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use a few features that make our workflow a bit more complicated (nothing major, but it would be nice to have it integrated)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our sales and leads and integrating with our software; an all-in-one solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing tool! That my org. uses on a daily basis to keep track of deals and sales.
Gets the job done well!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of prospects booking a meeting with me. I never have an issue being double booked, rescheduling etc. The ease of use for me is high!

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot in general doesn't integrate well with many tools my organization uses. I think increasing integration tools would create an optimal user experience for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cut down on the length of time I spend setting meetings and this speeds up the overall sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Make my day easy to organize and very productive. Love the integration with Google calendar, it helpme in these 2 years working with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
In 2 years I see the system down 2 times, but they solved the problem in no time. Don't have anything i dislike. Congrats Hubspot team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and doing a great contact with my clients through e-mails, meetings and sales pipelines.
Excellent CRM for more than just sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how much information I'm able to share with my team within hubspot, and how easy it is to access everything from multiple areas (ie deals, customer profiles, etc). I also like how many integrations are readily available, either for free or as part of our team's subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my only issue is just needing to rely on integrations to do things that would be helpful if they were automatically included in Hubspot (not necessarily a bad thing, but would simply make things easier to have it conveniently located and easily accessible within Hubspot itself).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only do we use hubspot as it's intended to track customers, but we also use it for our Talent Acquisition needs to keep track of candidates and timelines for interviews, move their 'deals' through the pipelines, and keeping each other notified. It allows our team to be more coordinated in our hiring efforts and solve problems outside of what we may see individually.

I like that the interface is super user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good program to remind you what you need to do by using the tasks. I find those super beneficial.
Great CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integrates with your Outlook and Ring Central seemlessly. It's nice to make phone calls and send emails from 1 software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to refresh the page quite a bit. I am not sure if this is Hubspot related or Chrome related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking my deal progess and the cadence of my contacts with prospects. It's easy to keep track of all of these developments.

The only dislike I have has to do with the autocomplete with emails

Tracking emails and contacts across companies is much easier in HubSpot than it is in any other CRM I've ever used
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilites to have constant tasks and to have a constant work flow setup. When you don't want to work a task anymore you can mark it complete. If you need to continue, you can create another on the same page. You're able to send emails effortlessly through the features HS provides with auto filling contacts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Hubspot. Everything is right there for you. The only thing I can say is that there is a learning curve when getting used to the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to solve the problem of remembering 100 different things. With Hubspot everything can be noted in one seamless place. I would recommend it to anyone. Great tool

Hubspot gives me all of the tools I need as a sales rep to narrow my efforts to the communications that truly matter for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The reporting side as a manager has a lot to be worked on, but still useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to effectively manage and plan my day based on where my efforts are most needed for our prospects.
