Keeps me on track
What do you like best about the product?
The sales hub helps me make sure nobody slides through the cracks in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good!I'm relatively new to HubSpot, but I'm enjoying it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the stream lining of my processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use their support team if you're not understanding the software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can take notes during the call, that I can filter and customize my queues and tasks, that it saves contact, company, and deal information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would have a "Due tomorrow" queue option. That would help me plan my day better. I see it on the mobile app, but I would love it on the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to store all contacts, see deal progression, and review notes from old leads so I have the information I can fall back on when I contact them again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a nice product. Out of the small amount of CRMs I've used, this one has been the cleanest and most up-to-date. Runs smoothly most of the time as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The in app calling feature and link to email are my favorite parts about hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
The breakdown by company and contact as well as deals sometimes skews the data depending on where I put it, wish there was some more visible view to link the 3 and see what is going on with company as a whole
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow issues, The queues, in app calling feature and task set up make things much easier to move through effectively and within on tab

I love the sequencing function for automated emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no easy way to mass unenroll contacts from a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of mass prospecting and seeing meeting results from larger outreach.

Great tool, only upload quality contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the chrome extension where I never need to leave Gmail to access my leads and deals

I don't particularly like when I import contacts from prospecting sources. Hubspot does not recognize I should be the contact owner

It keeps my entire sales pipeline organized and in one place. I have benefited from saving a bunch of time switching back and forth between tabs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use all of Hubspot's capabilities to their fullest.
Very well organized for insights on email outreach, campaigns, and sales tools.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights and data provided based on a client opening, clicking links, duration of reading marketing material, and other similar toolsets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a more advanced analytics insight tool to provide recommendations on when and how to engage each specific opportunity close to their deadline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem I am solving using HubSpot is a better understanding of which prospects I should focus my attention on. These apply to those who have more sales activities tracked due to how much interaction they have with the material sent to them.

What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies my tasks daily. I only need to set it up one time, and I should be able to accomplish my checklist throughout the day or week with no worries.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the features that I'm able to use allows me to become more productive. I haven't had anything that kept me from accomplishing my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to create a manual sequence for my daily, weekly, and even monthly tasks. The email drip feature also helps me reduce the time in sending out emails and organizing sequences.
Since I do this every day, I get to save so much time, and I get to focus on other tasks that are as important.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent management for all the companies and contacts I'm reaching out to connect with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calling system has some work to do when it comes to calling extensions. It doesn't ring sometimes and goes straight to them picking up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really easy to keep up on my process of contacting and moving leads forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Task feature, report builder, reminders,
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky at times--how do you unenroll 25 contacts in a sequence at once w/o having to go through each contact manually?? Also, most of the time the report data isn't accurante or doesn't reflect in real-time. I do not at all like that there's a two-hour data lag.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a clean and simple UI that makes navigating leads and organizing my prospects simple and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot will randomly take away nice quality of life features (like certain lead views) that confuses and saddens me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes there are small calling/emailing errors I've come across, but when everything is working as intended Hubspot is great for sales prospecting and development.
