HubSpot makes my day to day operations so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Hubspot makes my day to day activities so much easier. It ties together Marketing and Sales together, quickly allowing me to see what my next step is. Hubspot also ties into other CRMs which keeps all activity tied together. The convenience of logging into Hubspot and having a customizable hub tailored to exactly what I need is worth it alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major thing that I dislike about Hubspot is that it feels a little clunky while trying to outfit your page. To be more specific, when you are trying to customize your initial page some things take getting used to. It is a minor inconvenience but very temporary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the Marketing team's efforts and qualify the leads turning them over to the sales team to close. The benefit of having Hubspot is how easy it is to take a raw lead from the marketing team, go into one Hub (rather than bounce around from CRM to CRM to connect the dots), and gather the information I need to make the call and then qualify that lead.

The automation is great and makes life much easier and predictable

Importing data and bounces is a persistent problem

The possibility of adding a parent company. Is really cool!

Not being able to scroll between deals. There should be a next button to move on deals instead of looking at all of them in a list.

Couldn't Function Without It!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has thought of everything! I can automate my follow-ups, create tasks and templates, and put my growth on autopilot while seamlessly connecting to my Calendar, so I never miss a meeting. I honestly couldn't function without this platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts sometimes get duplicated, or my clients change companies and it's hard to associate the right objects at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be organized ALL the time. I've ditched my to-do lists, and just use the task feature to get everything done on time each day.
