Powerful tool worth the time it takes to learn

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is very helpful to guide you through how to create specific workflows. Creating fields, reports, tasks are all very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic logging of emails works for PC but not for Mac so our Mac users need to manually BCC to log emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and CRM for Sales leads. Benefits also include providing meeting links, tasks, report building.

Hubspot for efficient work management

What do you like best about the product?
Pros of the program This is one of the most fully functional free solutions on the CRM market. Here I can maintain a database of contacts, organizations, and deals, store any information on contacts, organizations, and deals, I can also add my fields myself or use dozens of pre-configured areas, for each contact track where he came to my site, and the entire history of his actions on the website, correspond with clients, make appointments/calls with clients directly through the website, create and post forms and pop-ups on the website to collect email, contacts and other user data, add a chat to the website and correspond with website visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantages of the program are that in the free version, some settings are constantly reset. In general, the system has a lot of tools for sales, marketing, but in fact, you can store only a contact base for free. Setting up marketing for these contacts will not work without purchasing an additional module—lack of an interface in Russian.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this program, as you can keep contacts, make notes, generate some documents, connect social networks, make letter templates, and a few more options. As a temporary option, it may be suitable, especially if there is no budget.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In mobile devices, Hubspot does not work like in PC. Bare that in your mind while purchasing the product.

Fantastic Platform for Small Business Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up workflows for salespeople and to track their progress. Additionally, Salespeople working through the Sales Hub makes it easier to bring in and qualify non-MQL contacts to the Hubspot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to set the workflows up, especially if the salespeople have different functionalities or don't all do the same amount of work on the front end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is a great tool to monitor progress of your sales people and easy to build charts to compare progress across different sales people/ sales teams, which creates more accountability and higher performance across the board.

Great Sales and Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We have the Sales Pro license and find all of the features useful. The Sales Pro license contains all of the features we need for a small startup sales team. Marketing automation and management is straightforward. HubSpot provides all you need to source, manage, and convert leads. Generating and following deals is pretty easy. There is watered down pipeline forecast feature.

Think Outreach, Salesforce, Clari essentials in a single tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to customize marketing forms and what not within the Hubspot content tools. They are user-friendly and don't require coding but you would be better off considering other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot and the Sales Hub to manage our lead gen and deal pipelines. We're able to clearly see how leads are sourced, when they turn into deals (aka Opps in SFDC) and close. Attribution.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team for HubSpot really sets it apart from its competitors. I'm never concerned when I run into an issue or have a question because I know I can contact support and will get an answer within a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports within HubSpot is easy but I don't like the layout. I would like to be able to see the full report without having to scroll through multiple pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is great at marketing automation. It has helped keep our google ads and social media accounts organized and easy to view analytics and performance all in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation, sequencing, and calling functionality are all amazing in this CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtime every so often, but nothing that's unmanageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to segment my prospects by industry, sequence them with super automated and easy-to-use templates, and then make follow-up calls using the call feature. All super helpful to our business!

Solid CRM with integration options

What do you like best about the product?
As a new startup, we can use this as a repository of all our prospects, their information, our deals in pipeline, and the integration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is quite limited and isn't a 'CRM' - it's more of a repository of all our prospects, their info, and communication that has taken place. All of the intelligent forecasting and automated sequencing is only in the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we're ramping up, we're able to track everyone in our pipeline and who has spoken to who (since our team is remote on different time zones), it's helping us track what everyone is doing as well

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and the tasks flow. Very nice UX. Email tracking and automation. A lot of courses to learn new things. Also how easy is it to work with your team and share your knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
More freedom on applying things when it comes to speed and scalability. Many things appear to be slow - open contact or create automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and speed. I can be very fast with the tasks and automation in order to not lose a client.
We can see a lot of statistics and analyze the next marketing steps.
Handling clients and sent email flows for remaketing.
I would love some more freedom in order when I open my page to show me specific things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be good organized and put tasks in your life.
