Great CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly, easy to utilize all tools withing but most importantly, easy to establish an efficient workflow for all the reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things like not having an automated deal to contact the association, app integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize HubSpot for rental properties and so we are solving outbound cold calling and have found a lot of benefits to automated workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can find your customers pretty easily, the layout of hubspot, the ability to build folders for your employees or management and the overall look. I definitely recommend it for growing businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the glitches it experiences when looking up customers. Sometimes when you type in their name it does not come up and you will have to play the process of elimination to find the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found a few ways to overcome the HubSpot errors especially with finding contacts I found entering their emails helpful, last name and address have helped with that issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say getting email updates would be greatly appreciated when the system ismaking changes

What do you like best about the product?

I do not have anything that I dislike about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to send multiple emails to our families at school. It is a very easy tool to use.

Great resource for professionals

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all of my contacts and tasks organized by Hubspot. The templates are such huge time savers. I can easily track my actions by customer, and my tasks automatically pop up on my schedule so a client never falls through the cracks of my busy day. I love how organized this program allows me to be. The chat feature is also very good with built in snippets that save so much time and allows for quick response time to clients needing assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble easily sorting and KEEPING the sort. For example, if I want to find all of the companies and contacts in one state, then go back and forth from templates to those sorted contacts, the program reverts back to all instead of allowing me to easily work on one state. Very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates save so much time. I use to spend hours creating emails and adding attachments or links; but HubSpot allows me to email hundreds of clients a day and still infuse a personal touch. Being able to schedule when the email will be delivered is a huge plus, as well as having the ability to easily schedule a follow-up task keeps me on track like no other platform I've used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform to stay engaged with clients and prospects. A+ customer service. I recommend it!

Making Sales Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Creating tasks and being able to review activities are the best parts of HubSpot. I also like the Sales Dashboard so I can keep track of my daily goals. HubSpot makes my daily tasks simple and I love that I can bulk schedule and reschedule as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectivity for making calls does not always function--for example, HubSpot has marked a few different numbers as fraud when they are in fact correct and working numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create a daily task list and set future reminders for clients (that don't even have to be calls or emails). These future tasks can be super detailed or as vague as necessary. I can also schedule tasks over a year in advance, when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is so efficient to use and productive with accessing and managing data. It acts as a reliable database for my company where many employees use the information to help track and grow our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides at the moment, I've had a fairly smooth time dealing with Hubspot and no road blocks. Maybe if I could duplicate companies or deals automatically, that would make my process more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we can organize our data easily in one place, which will make it easier for our team to access customer and prospective customer information and to contact them.

Slaying Sales Like It Ain't No Thang w/ HubSpot (YES!)

What do you like best about the product?
I've used other CRM's before for moving sales through a process, and I just love the way Hubspot makes it easy to assign tasks with 1 click, to create and move deals around, and to track different types of sales calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've struggled with lately is using the export feature in lists. I've been trying to figure out a way to easily copy email addresses from a "list" (love the lists, btw!), so that I can manually copy them into a composed email in Gmail, but there's no easy way. There are workarounds, of course, but I need a quick and easy way to copy all email addresses!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I accidentally merged two contacts that I did NOT mean to merge, and there was no way to un-merge. That was a panic moment for sure! The help team assisted me in re-capturing the original data in the file that was changed, and although it wasn't complete, it was mostly salvaged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Love the integrations! Just go for it!

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and Activity Feed. We create multiple nurturing sequences to share information with prospects and then use the activity feed to provide our SDR's to follow up. Also love the email suggestions of times to send. It really works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards and reports are a little tricky to create. Querying is a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting at scale is so easy with Hubspot. And then we can identify those prospect that are engaging with our content to do better follow up. No more cold calling! It's always a warm call.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great intuitive tool for CRM. I like that it doesn't overwhelm you with fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about Hubspot. One drawback is the inability to merge duplicate parent accounts when mapping, but the team is very responsive when it comes to suggested improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to effectively track and view live data on customer relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation throughout the app makes it easier to use. There's also a lot of help available if you do get confused or lost while trying to navigate the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very straightforward app with not many drawbacks to it. I've heard of other apps being glitchy or not working properly and leading to lost sales. Not with hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach out to companies a lot easier and keep it all organized. In addition, I can see the stages of my leads and even set tasks to reach out so I don't forget.
