Great for SME sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI and easy to customise. Good for sales team wh they don't want to spend their time in some techy tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Required automation for creating deal in one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement done through Sales hub and it resolving our sales team to focus on what's matter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Feature rich and easy to use tool for both marketing and sales.

Provision for a quick setup and implementation of deal management & tracking and also for contact management

This is good for a small company which doesn't require too many complex customizations.

Quicker quote to sale process - Sales team absolutely loves it.

Comprehensive sales tool for managing prospects

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of mundane, manual tasks can be automated with sequences, playbooks etc. You can create your own customized view to suit your needs and analyze things on your terms. Makes it easy to replicate something if that process is working and integrates with mail to log every activity. There are some smart alerts that will help you in daily activities as well. The system will automatically detect if some contact your are trying to add is already there and do the validation of their mails as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little slow and updating custom sales properties can take a lot of time if your list is long. But, this process alone can be done much faster on the Hubspot phone app. Don't know why it's faster on the phone rather than the web app. Sometimes, the data that is pulled up from the internet for companies are also not accurate. But this isn't a deal breaker as you can update manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the pipeline is easy and you get a good overview of your deals and prospects. Outreach campaigns can be managed well with minimum interventions. While creating long sequences, each contact communication can be tweaked individually. You can review once and let Hubspot take over. It gives a handy notification once there is a response. Also, a lot of ready integrations are available that help you across the board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to start your sales management. There are a lot of integrations available and support is also good. There are a lot of resources to help you get started as well.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides a great many tools to help you grow your sales pipeline! First off, it is super easy to create new prospects and manage existing contacts! Creating email templates and Sequences will make it easy for you to maximize your time as you reach out to prospects! The KPI tracking tools are great and allow accountability for your sales team. Finally, the daily Sales Blog delivered to your inbox every day offers excellent ideas on improving individually and as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the only suggestion I would offer is to continue improving and providing additional features with the KPI tracking tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows you to efficiently contact and follow up with prospects to ensure every possible sale is realized! This CRM system has improved my ability to hold the team and myself accountable!

Great Sales Pipeline option for startups

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to grow with your team can be used for very small startups and large teams. They are constantly adding new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that Salesforce provides that hubspot does not in terms of reporting. Teams that are used to using Salesforce have a hard time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the ability to see the funnel and pipeline metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything works rather intuitively, not overloaded with extra features. Everything is searchable. Hubspot insights - automated enrichment of the leads with public information is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is lacking the flexibility that more specialized tools have. The company and contact entities are not working as in sync as they supposed to and it takes a lot of extra time from salespeople to navigate that. Linkedin is not integrated as it supposed to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment we use it as a sales CRM only and we were able to start using it in 10 minutes. We did not tap into the massive workflow flexibility and it worked as is pretty good. I think even a free plan will work well for the small teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great CRM to start, especially for the budget conscious small teams

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to profile each of our contact and influencer to be able to create a more accurate and automated report. It's an all in one!

There are lesser apps or tools compatible with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The profitability of our Marketing Campaigns. One of the big benefits that I realized is documentation is the key.

What do you like best about the product?
Once my business fully switched to HubSpot Sales, we were able to streamline much of the information exchange between our customer sales and success teams. It is a clean interface and can handle heavy use and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming and difficult to generate reports. There should be interactive / editable text fields built into the reports, rather than having to buy other software to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most impressive part of this software is that it allows a great analysis of our business, products, sales, customers, etc., I wish I had used this years ago.
