All in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place, and it provides visibility across the company. Easy to use and easy to customise. We use a wide variety of tags and notes that enable us to create better lists and more targeted campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations with third parties could do with improving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a slow process as we are moving form an old outdated system, but the switch has allowed us to create more targeted campaigns.

Not always simple to see the forecast in one place.

Organizing my leads, demos and deals in one place—as well as a centralized place to communicate via email and phone calls.

I am using it to save my deals, so that it is easy to track, it is also tracking my active emails, which helps a lot as well
HubSpot, is it worth the hype?
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot a lot. To be quite honest, "a lot" is still a little by how much I use this platform. As an active user who creates deals and quote, it has saved me a lot of time. Not only you send quotes to client, but also track each stage of the deal. The mind-blowing it's the follow ups. With so much in mind, it's easy for things to slips, but with HubSpot, I get reminders to check -in internally and with clients.
I'm all about AI, automations and innovations, so I appreciate a platform that can offer me all three. You can take advantage of integrations and many more cool features. So the final question, is it worth the hype?
Yes, if you're into innovations, data reports and integrations, then the answer is yes. And their Customer support replies fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
You need to grand permission for every little detail. It can be a bit annoying as this is not limited to the user roles, therefore you need to give permissions for level access individually depending on the tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track revenue. Among the stages, our team can see how much we're monetizing from each project.

What do you like best about the product?
New features that they keep launching, how they are introducing and using AI in their daily basis and the sales workspace dashboard as it gives a huge overview just in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some problems with the recording of calls, but it's something that is going to be fixed.

Sales KPI's and tracking their activity.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our team to coordinate activities quickly, and efficiently. HubSpot keeps our customer data clean as a one-source-of-truth to help manage our activities and gain greater insight into our prospective customers. The system is relatively easy to onboard and adapt to our changing needs. We also use the marketing subscription for sending EDM's to our contacts list and manage form submissions which has increased customer responses and new leads.
Overall we are very happy with HubSpot and how it helps our business. I was surprised how much it suited our niche industry straight out of the box.

What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like most things are pay-to-play and need a higher subscription to get the full potential. In this way our subscription will likely increase in cost each year as things become more complex. Not necessarily a downside, it is just a factor that we need to keep an eye on as we grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our lead management by creating an easy-to-use ecosystem where all data and customer notes are in place. That benefits us as the sales team of three need to be able to collaborate on the fly, being able to keep each other up to date with customer information.
USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE AND EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is super easy to use. The layout is simple and everything is easy to find. Even if you’re not good with tech stuff, you can still manage your sales, keep track of deals, and set up automation without any hassle. It keeps all my customer info in one place and helps me see how my sales are going. I also like that it connects easily with my email and other tools I already use. It really saves me time and makes my work a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend it!

Sometimes, the contact and deal information doesn’t sync automatically, which can cause mistakes. Setting up advanced features or workflows takes some time to figure out.

Great for Growing Teams, But Can Get Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how simple it is to use day to day. The layout feels intuitive, so I don’t waste time trying to figure things out. I really like the way the pipeline is set up because it makes it easy to see where every deal stands and what needs attention. The automation features, like sequences and reminders, save me a ton of time on follow-ups, and I like knowing that nothing slips through the cracks. On top of that, it connects nicely with the rest of HubSpot, so all my contacts and interactions stay organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about HubSpot Sales Hub is that a lot of the features you’d expect to use aren’t actually available unless you upgrade your package. It gets a bit confusing trying to figure out what’s included and what isn’t, and sometimes I only realize a tool I thought I could use is locked behind a higher plan. As you use the platform more, you definitely start running into limits, like on reporting or automation, unless you pay more. The cost can add up quickly, especially if your team is growing, and that part can feel a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me centralize all my sales info and makes it much easier to follow what my team is working on. Instead of chasing updates across different tools, everything is right there in one place contacts, deals, activities, and notes. I can quickly see the pipeline, track progress, and understand where each rep is with their prospects. It saves me time, keeps things more organized, and makes it easier to manage the team and keep everyone on the same page.
