Amazing sales management!
What do you like best about the product?
Organization, synchronization, awesome. There are some great features like sequences, templates, and snippets that save tons of time. Hands down more rich experience compared to other crms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to selecting 50 contacts at a time for sequence, limit 5 action sequence. The product would be so much better with these little changes! Other than that I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation is awesome. I'm constantly saving time with templates and snippets. Go hubspot team! I am so much more productive. Business performance has increased.

some dumb programming things; like when you go to Templates is doesn't set-focus to writing in the name of the template you seek - so you need to do an extra click

finding ways to track sequences and test outbound campaigns - we have some good opportunities now. I am getting more done with tasks

Easy to use, allows companies to start small and expand as needed.

I wish I could easily create custom objects to house integration data.

Pipeline management, meeting scheduling, and email sequences.
We can easily manage pipeline, meetings get scheduled with no back and forth, and we never forget to follow up with sequences.

I like the usability but more so the cus

Customer service and support. I think it is easy get ahead of yourself because of the usability and not be as organized as you would like from an organization standpoint.

Prospect and funnel generation! How do we communicate across a sales team.

HubSpot has allowed me to automate all of my previously manual processes. The Sales Pipeline and Sequences features are incredibly helpful!!

The app is missing some basic functionality, but it is getting better daily.

My efficiency and organization have gone to another level with HubSpot.

I like the fact that I can reach as many people as I want to whether it's email or phone calls. There is never a shortage of people to connect with.

once in a while there are connectivity issues. the line will ring and then just go dead

Hubspot is helping connect with new prospects every day in great numbers, and sales is a numbers game, I can reach so many people and in sales it serves as a big advantage
