I love Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability for it to intergrate with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes as of yet.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's truly time saving...
Wouldn't get my work done without it
What do you like best about the product?
So super easy to use and very user friendly. It's a great CRM for orgs that don't have huge SaleOps teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the layout features for Accounts, Deals, and Contacts could have better functionality. Just having a "Notes" section can get a little broad and wish there was a "checkmark" or "dedicated fields" option to post on the homepage of an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tons of sales organization and ramping up a new and developing sales team. Clean pipeline management that's kept us on top of all of our prospects.
HubSpot never fails to amaze me!
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot sales Hub because it allows me to do everything I need. I can send meeting links, see the progress of a deal, create snippets, templates, and sequences. It's exactly what any salesperson needs to do their job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit glitchy at times but that's not too bad at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses every aspect of Sales Hub including playbooks. There are so many benefits to tasks and the automation in Sales Hub.

NAVIGATION EASE; ITS IS VERY USEFUL IN FINDING THE INFO

NOTHING; CURRENTLY FOR THE MANNER I USE IT, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS

UPDATING OLD INFO; ITS VERY EASY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO NAVIGATE

Automation tools, UI Design, Sequences, Templates, Snippets, Reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had integration with our phone software, but that's about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, more frequent and customized contact with prospects, the intuitive and quick UI saves a lot of time compared to our previous CRM, more insight into revenue source

I've used three other CRMs at other organizations and I think Hubspot may be my favorite!

How organized Deals are and being able to complete tasks efficiently with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much, sometimes there is problems with calls loading but not often enough to pose a problem

I love being able to utilize different deal stages and simply being able to click and drag them into specific buckets helps the flow of our processes.

Much better than Salesforce, there I said it. It's wonderfully made and easy to use.

The filter help with searching for employees and getting details on the upcoming deals.

Nothing so far. Everything has been working for me.

Figuring out the staff that we have onboard or have turned down.

I like that I can create templates and send out emails more quickly

I dislike that a lot of my emails go to spam, and also show "from an external user"

I like that it shows if the receiver clicked on the link or opened the email
