Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to operate. I am not typically good with learning new software, but Hubspot made it super user-friendly to learn and understand all the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot tends to auto-link a lot of deals, companies and contacts to certain activities that it is not associated with. I am not sure how to fix this, but it creates a little bit of disorganization sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me keep everything super organized. I am dealing with a high volume amount of deals and I love the task feature to make sure I never forget to follow up.
Hubspot has been great for both of our businesses. We are always trying to learn more
What do you like best about the product?
Tech Support and Workflow Automation. Helps us create a stable platform for work
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not like that you cannot export timeline activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for every part of our business. The benefit is that our team can communicate with one another

Make sure you have the capacity to work within hubspot. Do not just use it to log notes. Learn what you can do within hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
provides an all in-one-solution for all of your sales needs. I send out hundreds of emails a day, with no issues on tracking. I have created many relationships using the tools that hubspot provides. I used salesforce for 4 years and was introduced to Hubspot 8 months ago after taking a new job. Salesforce < HUBSPOTI like the ability to review statistics, easily upload contents whether it is bulk or individual and never run into problems. I always had issues with salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have any issues with the current system. Whenever I run into a position I am not sure of, I can call to get assistance. Its awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk integration, true email reads, AI interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to make it more unique in the way of crafting indivudal modules to life.

At the moment everything is great! I am satisfied!

I can log directly onto the screen from my calls. It keeps everything organized.

Intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot is its ease of use for new team members. As a leader in our organization, it eases the burden of educating new hires how to use a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there isn't much I dislike about this CRM. If I had to say one frustrating thing and it probably could be solved is the reporting piece for our SDR team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This CRM is helping us keep track of our 50k plus prospects and the different cadences and campaigns we are running. I do a lot of copywriting and the storage space is a big help as well .
Hubspot is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration features that it has with our CRM and also google email. It is easy and really gives me good insight into what my prospects are looking and reading.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found very much of anything that I dislike at this point. Sometimes the tracking is off from my CRM to hubspot but not sure if that is due to my CRM or hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving alot of unread and unresponsive emails by using templates that are effective and looking to induce responses or reads. Hubspot allows me to follow up effectively with my prospects as well.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about sales Hub is that it's simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about sales Hub is that sometimes the tasks don't refresh appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving many problems with hubspot sales Hub in regards to sales outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to send emails and schedule tasks in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't send multiple time slots for booking meetings. I use Chili piper but they are unpredictable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking meetings to help people optimize their data on a data lake. We have clients in every field who need our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that you're going to be happy with HubSpot and all it has to offer.
Love HubSpot more than Salesforce.com!
What do you like best about the product?
For the end-user, HubSpot is a lot more user-friendly than Salesforce.com! Even when viewing reports and Dashboard, it is super easy to digest. I used Salesforce.com for 6 years before I ever used HubSpot and I don't ever want to go back!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has been a little glitchy, but overall works fine.

Organizing my calls and emails to prospects. Love how it integrates easily with my Google calendar
