Best Tool to Help Scale
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up, use, edit and increase your outreach. I love using the HubSpot tools to gain brand awareness with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say I dislike, the tools are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot sales allow me to manage all my outreach along with tracking how different tactics are working for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use- display format - i find the side tabs very easy to use and provide information
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of clicks to get to "my deals" - i can appreciate that I can see other team members deals but i would like to be able to click into it faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy followup - shows me last contact with clients - the banner display makes it easy to prioritize clients
Extremely versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very efficient and user friendly. The sequences configuration and integration with Gmail make my life a lot easier. Hubspot University is a great source of content and knowledge as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is a bit slow and takes a while to load. Reports also have some limitations, but we see constant improvements. It should be possible to enroll a contact in a sequence from within the contact's page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using sequences to increase outbound volume while still maintaining a certain level of personalization. The tasks queues are also an excellent form of organization.
Simple, versatile and well rounded tool!
What do you like best about the product?
A sales hub is something that every Salesperson would want to have. From Sequences (automated emails) to tools that will give you statistics, activities, notes deals tracking, and more!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Price may be the issue. HubSpot offered to participate in the Startup program so it is worth checking out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and customization are the most important things. Combine that with great UX and you get a platform that anyone can use and make the most of. Sales save time on mundane tasks and focus on selling!

User experience is amazing and the tasks feature is one of my favorite things about Hubspot

There needs to be a hubspot for one's personal life honestly for daily tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy set up for sequences and email templates, task reminders, ability to see if someone opened an email, super organized prospect funnnel, the list goes on honestly

Lead scoring could be more robust. Other than that I have no complaints.

I am using HubSpot to track leads and stay up to date with my contacts.
Take the work out of sales
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great tool for all kinds of automations. I think it works best when you're leveraging their other services and you can natively link them all together. We love using Hubspot for our CRM and to automatically help us track and record conversations. There are so many tedious details you need to keep track of when in sales, and I love how easy Hubspot makes our lives and automates some of those mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found a perfect way of tracking project work vs. recurring work. It's a little clunky right now to see the full value of a monthly contract for services on our end. I'm sure we're missing something, but for now it's a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing Hubspot does for us is make sure details don't fall through the cracks. It makes it easy for our whole team to look up existing clients and their work agreements. It allows us to set reminders and follow ups, automatically log emails, send meeting requests and so much more.
