HubSpot is great for companies both large and small
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and that you get so much functionality for free. I like that HubSpot offers enough that as a small business we can save some money by using their free version until we reach a point that we need to upgrade. That is what happened with us, we started with the free version and then got to the point that we added the Sales Hub. This has been great to allow for sequences and ensure that each lead receives proper follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales hub is great and my real dislike is more with HubSpot as a whole than it is with the sales hub specifically and that is that there is limited ability to customize some of the fields. I would like to be able to have more options and use terminology that better aligns with our processes. At times the reporting can also be a bit difficult to interpret, but I am learning more as I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of how we deploy our limited resources. By having the Sales Hub we are able to prioritize our best leads and make sure that they receive the follow-up that they need while also giving more flexibility to handle some of our lower performing lead sources. We can have a sales leader that better fit tasks to individual team members.
Easy to use and extreamly easy to configure. Great for small to medium businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and easy to scale with the different modules available. It is also easy to integrate with some of the data providers like zoominfo and seamless.ai
What do you dislike about the product?
It is prone to outages and sometimes doesn't allow you to use certain features. It lasts for a couple of minutes but it can be a pain if you have time sensitive tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation through sequences. Tracking deals and forecasting pipeline. It's very easy to create your own sequence and workflows associated with the sequence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it if it meets your business needs and budget. If you want to get started with a CRM then this is an ideal CRM software that is great to use. There's a ton of free educational content via the Hubspot University that your team can make use of. It is fairly easy to scale so you can start small on the smaller plans and then scale.

The osm and best part of this software is, very cheaper in price most affordable, easy to use and easy to scalability.

What do you like best about the product?
I have involved in this item for more than a year and even had the paid variant. It is great to realize that an occupant opened a late notification, a property holder opened a maintenance demand, or a merchant accepted my administration demand! Companion has been an exceptionally accommodating device in my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no elements that I despise right now. I wish we been able to html alter the formats in companion however generally speaking I am content with the help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see where my clients are locked in or where they might not have an enormous interest, permitting me to all the more likely focus on. Mindfulness they got and opened my effort note.

There is a feature in the sale by which we can check if the client has seen the mail or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the most about this product because it's straightforward to understand by my team. We don't have to arranf=ge an extra knowledge transfer session to make them understand the product. It gives a single view of all the activities my team is doing. Reports are pretty extensive. The team can create email sequences. Very easily track the performance of their campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports regarding opens have some glitches, like it counts the opens if we open the mail from our sent box. Rest everything about this tolls works smoothly.

1. Integrates with LinkedIn, email, calling software, and other tools that we use, a singular platform to do all of our reach out activities

Love this tool for tracking deals
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful for organizing and keeping track of multiple deals that are in different stages. I love that my whole team has a clear view of where each project stands
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, I cannot think of something that I dislike about this feature of Hubspot. It has been really helpful for keeping my various deals on track. I enjoy the various integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of not knowing the status of a certain project. I have realized that this is a great place to dump information for contacts that have reached out to me or ones that I need to follow up with at a later date

What do you like best about the product?
I like the combination of "out-of-the-box ready to use object data around pipelines,deals,contacts,companies. Simple businesses can get set up very quickly and have a lot of runway with the product for future growth and expansion

Unfortunately the way they tee-up "contacts" is very hard to stay flexible with what is a lead and what is not.
