Getting the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can personally walk into an organized CRM so I am not wasting any time in my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a lot of server issues so you're not sure if your calls have saved or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization is the biggest problem HubSpot has helped solve. I can easily go into one of my contacts and find any documents relating to the project so I have that advantage of being on top of things
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot, make sure you take the time to look into all the tips and tricks you can actually get done with it,

What do you like best about the product?
1) Tracking and reminders of daily activities

Sometimes it automatically transfers my contacts to another team member
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep track of my prospects and clients through deals. Managing deals is the biggest problem solved by HubSpot Sales Hub. I have realized that managing leads is easy compared to other softwares in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact you can tag your colleagues on certain activities...lifesaver and being able to set up tasks

the new update..more clicks could it be changed back? Slightly slow at times

Easy to use platform

What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout, it's easy to navigate from A to B. The simple idea of having a software that can do everything involved in my job postion in the one place is great. I can call clients, log a note about it, add comments about that note if needed. It's all very east and simplistic. I like the fact that I can also go into the email tab and email a client directly and all the email logs are put into a thread that I can reffer back to at any given point in time. All in all, hubspot is an easy to use software that's a one stop shop for all things when it comes to over the phone marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update has made things more complex. The thing in particular that made things more complex was adding the drop down boxes to clients pages with the extend and collapse feature if things were too big. I get the though process behind it (To make it far less cluttered ect) but it means that things involvle more clicking, more effort. Previously when there was a "pin" option directly on the page of the client but now if I want to pin something, I have to do my note, find the drop down box and then click pin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I can do all my emails, calls and texts in one spot. It's a overall great platform with a simplistic design and approach.

Migration of Zoho into HubSpot CRM was an amazing transformation!

What do you like best about the product?
The email sequence automation tool is by far the easiest and best CRM tool I've ever had. I just multiplied by sales efforts x3! In other CRMs, I would need a developer to write the code to create this automation (which we have, and it never worked for us). HubSpot made it easy, with a simple tool that my kid could use. And if I ever need anything, support is just a chat away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are new customers of HubSpot, there are only two things I've found that are just minor issues with our company, but we've managed with them and still haven't slowed our team workflows.
1. Email signature generator in HubSpot looks amazing as a signature sent from HubSpot or Gmail. If you take that same signature and use it from Outlook, it cuts off the icons for social media and adds lines or spaces between your personal contact information. HubSpot is aware and currently working on a fix.
2. The quotes are built more for an eCommerce store than anything else. We can use the product line to describe our software, but sometimes there are multiple caveats to each product that needs to be explained to the customer while going over the quote. We realize this when signing up for their CRM and have worked together with HubSpot to create the best products for our quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Solved:
1. Reach more prospects/leads daily. (went from 10 -12 old CRM to 40-50 with HubSpot)
2. Ability to create quotes within the CRM.
3. Track and manage emails, meetings, phone calls, and tasks.
4. Report to supervisors on goals with built-in sales analytics.

Benefits we Realized:
1. Casting a broader net to reach more prospects/leads has allowed us to get in front of more people and the correct people to buy from us.
2. We can seamlessly create a quote in the HubSpot CRM and provide it to the qualified buyer.
3. Reports can be accessed from supervisors at any time, in real-time, to access how sales and marketing are performing.
4. Goals are now set for the sales and marketing teams were before we were flying blind.
5. HubSpot importation was a significant effort to clean information from our old CRM before it transferred over. HubSpot has become our 1 source of truth for the entire company to move forward with. I have become pretty savvy at managing our entire team by using HubSpot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the tasks and how it is easy to contact my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the lack of visibility with some filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping contacts in line with tracking and making sure I am not forgetting what step of the sales process I am in. We do not use the complete CRM but it is still very helpful for leads, contacts, and the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence feature has been the most valuable feature of the software. I have consistently hit an open rate of 38%+ with each enrolled contact and giving me at minimum 5 booked meetings/week. This level of predictability is worth its weight in gold.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love the sequence, it could be more dynamic in terms of allowing me to spin up lists based off certain activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, client communication, deal pipeline. Helps me stay organized.
