One of the best CRMs ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer simplicity of the tool, and the ability to do almost anything in the shortest time frame, Sky is the limit

Not having the ability to create dependent properties

We have been able to streamline all of our Customer Success Processes with the help of HubSpot, and using automation has been a life saver.

The simplicity of the organization of the CRM- when I don't know where to go for something, it is usually not hard to find.

Sometimes it can be hard to match things in the database with what you need.

It is super beneficial to use and find whatever I need in an instant. I love using the tasks and lists features as well.

A Friendly Ticketing System and Sales Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an all-in-one tool that you can use to monitor everything about your business; It can monitor your email and contacts all in one place. You can also connect it to your softphone to directly log all calls done for your business. It also generates different kinds of reports you need to monitor your productivity and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The associations does help on some points but it is also becoming a problem when you communicate with the same contact person for a different reason. Hopefully Hubspot will find a fix on this, so communications will be based on topics rather than compiling it with the same contact person and company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ticket system works like a charm. Not everyone could monitor the incoming emails all the time, but with the help of hubspot, the system convert conversations to tickets that we can assign and categorize. creating reports monitoring the status of the tasks are much easier.

NONE. KRISP IS WAY BERTTER THAN OTHER APPS FOR NOISE CANCELING

The problem that occurred when I could not log in before was an issue about the password

Use Krisp and HubSpot. Both are good apps.
Husbpot helps me to work and review my daily opportunities in a very intuitive way!

Hubspot is a tool that provide the users with type of views you want/need, so when you are working with your deals, you have the report/view only with the information you need, without affecting someone else´s in the team that prefers other types of view

When the platform has some kind of intermittence

Storing all of my prospect's relevant information in order to help me and my team to close the deals

I LOVE that hubspot helps us stay accountable to the task or customer and sees it follow through!

The only thing I don't like is that I don't already know all the amazing things hubspot can do! I love learning more every day!

Less customer requests falling through the cracks. This helps us assign who is in charge of what and get rid of that grey are where mistakes are made!
A MUST FOR ANYONE IN SALES
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create a new sequence, workflows, templates, and tasks. Everything is very intuitive! I use this everyday with Zoominfo and Linkedin seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike. After using Salesforce, SharpSpring, and more basic tools, nothing is really like Hubspot when you are in and out of it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot Sales hub to manage inbound and outbound leads of our platform. It makes it very easy to automate outreach and create tasks for when they need a more personalized touch.
