Hubspot Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly aspect of HubSpot and how it allows me to organize a large number of leads strategically and keep an organized pipeline. In addition, the ability to sync to different applications including Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and Sales Messenger is extremely useful for outreach purposes. The ability to create strategic sequences is also a massive benefit of HubSpot. Hubspot's Dashboard also allows me to track my progress and data for each day, week, and month, which enables me to keep track of my OKRs and if I need to make any adjustments. It also allows for email tracking which is a big benefit to see if clients are engaging with your forms of outreach and allows you to analyze which forms are most effective. Overall, HubSpot is great for pipeline management, outreach, and keeping organized notes on clients and I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's main area for improvement would be adjustments to the way sequences operate. Sometimes follow-up tasks are created through sequences during non-work hours and it can be a little confusing, so always make sure to have your sequences auto-populate to cues to keep organized. Another area of improvement would be the call recording, around 30% of my calls are not recorded but that also has to do with the states policy on call recordings so it might not be up to hubspt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed me to follow up with all of my prospects diligently and keep an organized pipeline. In addition, the Dashboard allows you to see if you are on track to hit your goals every day, week, month, and quarter. It also allows you to see your teammates progress so that you can make sure that everyone is on track to hit a goal as a team and see areas of improvement as a group, and it has allowed me and my teammates to see areas of opportunity where we need to improve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to contact multiple leads however still add a personal touch to it. I am able to easily access the layout of previously used emails easily through the template feature. It has also simplified grouping contacts under different companies or owners which helps minimize double activity.
Currently, I make use of HubSpot's sequencing function to not only improve my touchpoints with prospects but also helps me optimize my time management with the automated task function.
The reporting feature allows me to track and monitor my activities on multiple facets however it can be quite difficult to configure the report when it's not one already provided or one that has more complex requirements.
Hubspot also has a calling function that simplifies telephonic communication however there are some countries you still can't call to. On the upside, you can indicate the outcome and make notes on the call. This simplifies the success tracking on calls.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you are looking to use the platform for and if you have a lot of other applications that need to be integrated make sure you have someone on your team capable of doing the setup.
Preferably try getting training or insights from someone already using Hubspot in the beginning.

Making the Sales Process Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very intuitive. It makes things a whole lot easier overall, and I especially like that you can entirely find out all the essential metrics. I am also a big fan of the efficiency/ease of use of everything. Overall, it is a lot easier to use Hubspot compared to other CRMs that i have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be the option of texting direct from the Hubspot client, that would make things even more efficent and make it a one stop shop for everything that my job requires. If we could add a bit more in the templates and sequences as well, so that we don't have to manually add certain things as we go, would make things even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and efficient dealings with potential customers, as well as current clients. Having everything on one screen, and to accurately log dealing with clients, while keeping tracking of sales and all the necessary metrics puts this so far ahead of any of the previous CRMs that i have dealt with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try; you won't be disappointed. Also, make sure not to get frustrated at the start if you don't know how to navigate it right off the bat. There are helpful tutorials and info on the site and once you play around with it for a bit, and get acclimated to how it works it will come second nature pretty quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is super easy to navigate and stay organized. My company utilizes a lot of different reports on the dashboard to track our sales goals and new leads, and it makes KPI meetings much more effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find a lag in the call quality when contacting potential clients on the west coast, but that may just be our wifi in the old mill we are headquarted in.

It has made finding new leads and keeping them organized a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It is extremely easy to manage tasks, enroll prospects into sequences, stay on top of clicks & opens, etc. I also really like the meeting link that you can incorporate into your email templates, I have found a lot of success in book & rebooking new business meetings with this feature. Being able to call through the hubspot calling feature has been extremely helpful also. As someone who works mainly with the UK/AUS territories, being able to call without paying for the call rates is great. I also like how you can bulk complete takes, this is huge for when you simply do not have time to complete all of the tasks assigned. It is also great to see all the sequence features to see who has replied to it, booked a meeting, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you cant see the exact location of where the clicks & opens come from as well as not being able to bulk edit when you send out emails. Sequences can also be quite difficult to personalize as you are unable to edit each one without changing the entire template. I also don't like how you cannot purchase a phone number from another country. For example, as I call into the UK market, calling from a UK # number would be huge. I sometimes struggle with the email integration as I often forget to click to track and log the email through microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a number of huge benefits with the Hubspot platform including improving the efficiency of sales outreach, staying on top of multiple accounts & individual prospects, & increased personalization of outreach. I have solved a huge problem in finding a mutual time to meet with a prospect through the meeting booking link. The integration with LinkedIn has also been a huge time saver, allowing me to complete outreach on LinkedIn through the hubspot platform. I have improved a huge amount of personalization in my emails by using the "personalization" feature on the hubspot templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend being very organized on Hubspot from the outset. It is very easy to create a lot of tasks. templates, sequences, etc and for it to become very messy and hard to use. If you stay on top of all of these things from the outset then you should be able to use Hubspot in the best way possible.

There is no problems at all. We are loving the system and is great for marketing, sales, and operations as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very easy to use the tool, there are currently some options they could improve like the "merging duplicates" options and adding 0.5 option on the product library

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create a business by adding their website first, and it auto-populates a lot of the business details. Same with contacts, add the email first to confirm that you do not have a dup. Setting up sequences is easy, and setting up a email marketing drip is fairly simple as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I have to add a phone number when adding a contact to a company. I would prefer that the software auto-fills the phone number already entered for the Business so that if it is the same, I do not have to type it in again if it is different then fine.

setting up drip campaigns to connect with past and new customers. Consolidating customer information, contacts, notes, communication history, etc.
