Hubspot Sales Sequences Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since I started using the sequences tool my sales have increased by 50%! It really helps me to stay organized and gives me tasks to complete each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything about the sequences tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am seeing benefits with customers who have a really busy schedule or who are hesitant at first. I am able to keep in contact and remind them about our service .
New to the tool - great ease to jump in
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the safety net of not being able to add someone to a sequence when they are already enrolled. It saves the double upping on emails to our community
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way that you could add notes to one of the sort features - like if you could add a tag or even a hashtag to make them come up as a sortable/searchable feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My community is spread across a large space geographically, HS helps me to keep track of folks no matter where they are located
Best way to reach out to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Email sequences is one of my favorite tools that HubSpot offers, The ability to reach out to multiple leads and connect with them is so far the best. I feel that after me having access to it, my reach expanded and I was able to book many more calls with prospects. Thank you for what you do!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the search bar to let us search for more things other than what we currently have. Hopefully, that's something that can be worked on in the nearest future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, and provide access to many companies as a great CRM. I couldn't see my self with out it, and the dashboards are a plus to keep leads update everyday!
Great platform to keep a track on your sales, follow ups and customers
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform! I have been using this CRM tool for over 4 years now, and it helps me to keep a timely track of my customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. It includes all the necessary tools that you need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont't need additional notes because I can record everything on the CRM itself.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has the brains of a developer, the UI/UX of a design-centric shop, and the possibilities of growth to scale with our company. By blending our CRM with tools necessary to engage with our prospects and customers, we can be a part of their journey from the same tool the whole way through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, that I'm not a coder! There is so much more that could be done with custom-coded actions, custom quote templates, etc. but I don't yet have the bandwidth to get there. There are just a handful of basic requirements that I have seen as not possible (i.e. cloning user permissions; cloning meeting links; etc.) that aren't yet possible, but their ideas forum has a lot of traction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting, analytics on Source of Lead, deal transparency are our big ones

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage so many aspects of a customer's profile. Log calls, make deals, send quotes. The whole package.
What do you dislike about the product?
No concerns with Hubspot. It took some time to learn as there is so much content—overall a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording is great, I can review calls to take notes on things I may have missed during the conversation.

Ease of use while also being extremely robust. It makes creating, enforcing and monitoring sales processes simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPhone app is a crucial piece of our sales reps' days since they are always in the field (we sell to high-volume bars and restaurants), and the app is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making our sales process defined, easy to understand, easy to follow, trackable, and highly efficient. And we are using it to require information to be entered.

I really have not found anything I dislike at this point

I have been able to increase the volume of outreach and communication I do to prospective clients

Flexible features. Flexible Billing. CMS is easy to use

Could use more and better integrations. Parent-child relationships are worse than they are in SFDC.

Outreach, deal tracking, web tracking, reporting

i like how easy it is to navigate. much easier then other CRM's that i have used.

i wish the search function worked a little better. as of now, i need to type exact to get a match.

sequencing is the biggest benefit for me.
