Solid CRM with advanced analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting, sequences, ability to track email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Daily email caps, inaccurate analytics on sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal stage and workflow are increased. Much better alternative to an excel spreadsheet with less room for error.

Hubspot is a very user friendly CRM, there are a few options that would be useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the calling portion as it is very easy to make the call and move on to the next. Saving tasks, notes and meetings has become very simple and easy using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to archive a contact as to not import them again from zoominfo instead you have to delete them and because the data is never perfect, that person that gets deleted then gets reloaded via zoominfo. Sometimes I get a response from a contact that I have reached out to, or supposedly did and I am unable to find the person in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM makes it easy to reach out to a contact, record notes while on the call and set up meetings all in the same place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn the tool, and I find that people take shortcuts, and this doesn't help. Also, know who to speak with if you need access to certain things, as the admin can either give you access or tell you why you do not have access.

It can be clunky and not intuitive to navagiate.

Email templates, streamlined sales reporting, and faster f/u times

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the call list the most and also the NADs. It helps organize and keep the day running smoothly. Setting filters
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between numbers has been more difficult since the update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems like loading and connecting calls. It helps work flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track all communication, whether it be calls, emails, or notes is great. The task feature allows me to keep my day aligned and know exactly who I need to get in touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call from phone integration does not function correctly. Luckily I am able to call from within the browser to alleviate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to extend our reach with HubSpot by integrating our contact lists and easily assigning an owner to make the connections.

Great place to start using a CRM, with lots of room to grow

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Not too many levers to pull to make it work well. Great for a small company to get started because of that, as well as the Free plan. Also, very nice that you can upgrade in chunks so you don't have to commit to high-priced, long-term contracts right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel restricting since it is very simple. Does allow for some customization, but not as much as a high-end user might want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call placement and tracking directly within the platform and sequencing were the two reasons for getting it. Makes data entry and cadences much much easier to keep up with

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to filter through my contacts in any way possible. It allows me to divide and conquer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to mark off contacts who want to unsubscribe manually. I wish there was a calendar to show how many emails are scheduled on what days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing I can think of at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use the sequence tool and add prospects to an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to pull reports that I am looking for each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub has helped my team and me really control the time we spend on the sales activities.

The content and discussion helped me learn a lot that I wasn't aware of

The length of the training was hard to fit in to my schedule but I also realize that it probably needed to be that long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to graph data that was captured. I didn't know all that you can do.
