What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a powerful and user-friendly platform. For our company which is a small-to-medium size, this platform will hopefully meet all our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only just signed up with HubSpot so we’re just in the demo stages and the building stages so no comments at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just building at our platform right now. Therefore, at this time, there are no problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed that our reps are able to move through leads has been a major improvement and increased productivity.

Ease of integration - learning experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has given us the ability to create workflows for different populations of students. We have also introduced lead scoring into our process and plan to implement into use.

Easy to train and onboard reps, while maintaining growth and lead gen. Customizable fields that reflect their activity and prospecting.

Sometimes the tools feel complex to sales, which they then abandon. (Sequences)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflows and visibility HubSpot gives our teams. Handing off inbound leads and providing the team with lead insights is unmatched. It has changed the way our team receives leads and gives us great insight into how they are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could dumb down some of the things my team sees. They only need to see and access the tools they need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead distribution used to be a manual task for a team member it is now automated and we can track who is getting what.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a world of never hearing about HubSpot until 2 months ago, this tool is fascinating and I’m just starting to scratch the surface. I look forward to all the updates and tools I’ll be able to use to drive forward sales and market to my users and company
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike at this moment. I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. There are times where it’s difficult to go from the mobile app to the desktop because I have to get reacquainted to the layout. But I think that’s more of a me problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we’re using it as a tool to keep information about all of our clients in one location. Something that is accessible to all the members on my team. And that in itself is very helpful.
