Great Sales & CRM software!

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite features is the customizable reports & Dashboard. It helps you deep dive into productivity, performance & areas for improvement!
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, tickets won't generate automatically and it can be tricky to solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving E-mail communication, better organization for lead management, better overview of performance & productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the best use of workflows & properties as they can help ease & automatize processes and give you a better insight into your market & data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it integrates with other software and is user-friendly where sequences can be done effortlessly.

It is a simple and effective tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the limit on 50 sequences adding at a time is something that I would like changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and efficiently analyzing sales and productivity numbers.

Great CRM with plenty of features

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to learn for new users and has some good automation features, like marketing sequences and the ability to create deals, quotes, and integrate with other software, like Stripe for payments. There's also an integration with Front that isn't very robust, but I'm looking forward to some added features that will make it much better in the near future. It's easy to communicate with teammates by @mentioning them on leads, and the auto-assignment feature works well with many filters to choose from. Lead views are easy to customize. The chat feature works very well, and setting up chatflows is fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one feature I dislike is the inability to add leads to a sequence in bulk through a task list view. This makes going through tasks tedious. Other than that , no real complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say there were any problems we needed to solve. That's not how I would frame it, and I can't compare this to pre-HubSpot, since this is the only solution we have used. What I can say is that HubSpot is a easy-to-use CRM with great features and new ones added frequently. Customer service is responsive, and any outages I have seen have been responded to and repaired promptly. I enjoy working in Hubspot and look forward to future developments!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has enabled our start-up enterprise to grow quickly and continually offer high levels of attention and service to our prospective and current client base.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to get used to the functionality - especially with more advanced features - but it is worthwhile to use the tutorials and do additional research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub streamlines our direct sales and lead generation. We have seen additional lead flow along with many channels of collateral and engagement that the platform enables.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sakes Hub is easy to Navigate and Understand. It makes organization and outreach very manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Sales Hub is while searching for tasks sometimes results that aren't in the search are returened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have learned how to stay on top of appropriate tasks and keep them all in one place rather then having to write them down

What do you like best about the product?
I can enroll hundreds to thousands of leads into an email sequence, sit back, and let Hubspot do its magic. We have closed out a lot of deals using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead Scoring is not that easy to set up, or perhaps there should be a comprehensive tutorial on how to do this which will make it easier to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of trying to reach out to a lot of cold leads that converts into MQLs and SQLs eventually thru email nurturing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should try it out first and don't just take my word for it.

Easy to use CRM with a million possibilities!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create sequences, and you can fully customize them to target each contact specifically. Able to build good flow when working through tasks and remind you when to reach out to who.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a massive fan of the notification email system. I would like to be notified if they view a document but not when they respond to my emails as I already get their email response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing deals with direct customers' businesses. I like the aspect that when putting contacts into a sequence, you can more or less enroll them and forget about the rest. Hubspot does all the heavy lifting from there. :)

Best CRM for 6,7, and 8 figure business owners

What do you like best about the product?
While working with an 8 figure company, I've come to enjoy the flexibility that HubSpot delivers to its users; the task management and pipeline management is so easy to use it only took me about 10 hours to learn, and feel like I've been using this CRM for years. I think every company that deals with 5,000 or more leads in the pipeline can beneficiate from it's friendly and easy to use system
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app takes a little longer than usual to load requests of lead status updates which can confuse the sales team; this is just a tiny inconvenience that can happen with any other CRM out there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to stay on top of my deals and sets every day thanks to the tasks and flexibility between software integrations. It's almost impossible to let one of your leads slip through the cracks

Have someone from HubSpot there with you helping you to establish your integrations

What do you like best about the product?
General functionality - works great for calls and integrations - particularly sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
On nurture emails for sales, if the prospect replies it kicks them out of a sequence - should be an option to not get them kicked out.
