Using Sales Hub to solve efficiencies with call blocks, best times to call and best personas to get in touch with when. We have seen growth in both qualified leads and meetings booked.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have templates, and that I can easily set up appointments that sync to my calendar

For my needs, it works for me right now just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the tasks and how it keeps me organized! I love that I can assign tasks as well and customer's needs are taken care of.

Keeps you very organized and can track of multiple things at once. I never used a system like this one before.

There is nothing I dislike when it comes to this product

I am keeping track of customers and their interests. I can also be notified when they open a emails, click on link, etc.
Hubspot - turning busy work into simple automation
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to send campaign outreach to 500 email recipients at the click of a mouse. Creating lists and getting company reputation out into an emerging market has no small amount of challenges. Hubspot's template making tools simplify what it means to make effective and efficient sales emails and putting them together that make sequences come together to draw in customer conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a ton to dislike. The only thing I have an issue with is you can't send 100 emails from a list at once. The highest interval is only 50 per page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm simplifying my outreach and keeping customer info organized in the database.
I can reuse all the different templates I've created to mix and match sequences to different company/industry initiatives.

I was really happy with my experience so far, it is clear and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequence functionality and the organizational part of hubspot the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to sequence call only someone whose email address was bounced before.

I solve customer tracking and outreach organizing mainly.

Honestly great service and I would recommend to most sales professionals.
Great Experience With Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a smart tool, that makes outreach more manageable, and more organized. I use it with Salesforce as well. I also thing the interface is easy to use, and there are plenty of blogs/videos when you need help learning how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could set a limit on who can be added into a sequence based on when they were last contacted via sequence. The only way to do this now would be a list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ability to reach out to contacts and have automated follow-up to both save salespeople's time, and make sure leads don't get lost or forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to keep all the conversations logged and look back at old deals. Creating new leads and new companies to tackle is also extremely convinient and easy to use in their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think that there are things that I dislike about Hubspot. One of the only downsides are that you cannot have as many leads created as you want, there is a limit depdnign on what plan you are in.

I am able to create tasks much easier than any other platforms. Following up is much more productive and efficient with the platform. I create as many tasks as I have and only thing i have to do is go back and check what activities I have for the day

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer services hubspot provides. I was new to the platform and the reps at Hubspot took their time to walk me through each new process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like all of the unnecessary links that they provide.

I have attached Hubspot to my emails and now I'm able to track each email in 2 different locations.

User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the interface within HubSpot is. Everything is clear, organized and easy to figure out as a beginner. Also, reminders never fail and minimal errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot does tend to crash or get flow from time to time which can mess with workflow, but it isn't that often where it is a big issue so nothing to worry about too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting things done on time like within deadlines has been a huge help and also keeping everything organized by company or contact. Efficiency has boosted for sure.
