Hubspot - a hub to support
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and the usage of the platform is pretty easy. You can create tasks, notes, tasks with notes which is also very important because the tasks pop up in your email, and you can prioritize them accordingly to that.
The pipeline management, reports, usage of the dashboards gives a person a very good perspective of the activities that are running.
E-mail tracking system, it is great to see if my prospect has or has not read my mails yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is platform that was thought from many angles with many cool features and settings, which sometimes is not what a person may prefer. Sometimes I just want an easy report or overview of the activities/ pipeline/ calls etc.
Other than to that meetings scheduled are every type of meetings added, and it is not possible to divide them according to their types.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated workflows, easy reminders to prospects, better pipeline management, easy control of the pipeline because you can add up stages etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey for a small business on a budget. We were on the B2B side of the business, so we didn't have a huge list of prospects. For B2C companies, pricing can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really liked Hubspot. It made financial sense for us to pay for the product. Most of our sales were high-priced institutional sales and we had to carefully manage leads, which HUbspot allowed us to achieve.

Scoring, reporting, flexibility and cohesion of the product overall is very good. We've ramped up our use gradually. The training resources are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a big jump in cost from starter to Professional, to access some basic functionality. Also, we tried to get on the 'Startup programme' via an accelerator to access more functionality and were given the run-around, so that was frustrating, and then I was ghosted by the sales professional who was dealing with me - a better sales process would be to get us contracted which guarantees future revenue, whereas this annoyance actually disuaded me. A delay of 24 hours on reporting is a little annoying, but not critical.. also, despite having multiple paid basic users, it's daft that the start packages only allow for one inbound email address. It's not helpful for ecommerce. There are also some very annoying limits of functionality, for example forms are not intelligent vs even basic web CMS forms. To have all automation turned off doesn't allow us to see what automation can give us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping get our data and sales deals in one place. It was a lot of preparation work before this could happen, but once it's set up (which you should definitely consider before you reach 10 people) then its impact and usefulness just gets better and better.

More interactive with clients, flag deals, follow ups are easier

I love the Task reminders. Helps me keep organized. Same with the sequencing. It's a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I want to pin something, I have to wait and scroll over the subject I'd like to pen several times before the "Pin" button actually shows up and is clickable. Aside from that, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved would be getting clients onboarded onto our platform. It benefits my time management substantially allowing me more time on the phones to generate revenue.

Use your task creation button like crazy!

I like the email tracking and how easy it is to navigate through. Really enjoy some training videos and the webinars from time to time. Also I have loved the HubSpot Academy , its awesome y'all offer so many different courses!
Customer service is always on it for me when I have n issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Please add the weekly task options. That is the only thing I don't like about this program now. We all used the Due this week tab in the tasks.
I would also like the app to be better. I really didn't like it. I feel like the text messages shouldn't try to send from my cellphone number . It should be more like the desktop interface and pull up a chat window. Or I guess make an app for just the text message.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my position I mainly use the Tasks and Contacts . I found that the filters really help a lot to find clients that are current and that are not. Also the email tracking is awesome!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pull the trigger they are very easy to use and if you can't figure it out the customer service is awesome!! They are more than happy to walk you through things if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great for organizing leads and prospects.
Using tasks keeps my days moving with the right activity.
Creating templates for emails helps keep my day moving, it allows me to reach more prospects than I could without it.

I wasn't thrilled about the email reminders until I figured out how to turn them off.
You need to spend some time learning about HubSpot and how the features and settings will best serve you.

I have been able to organize our old prospects and leads and reach out to them accordingly, some of those old conversations have result in warm leads today.
Hubspot is great for any sales person.

I don’t like the way that lists are organized
