What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has freed-ed up so much time when working in a CRM. I used to use an outdated, slow platform, but now I have so much more free time to do my actual job!
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as what I can see, there really isn't much room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email's faster, keeping track of my deals easier and having a great look at what is actually happening.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and understanble. It is very much user friendly no need for long training to learn and underdstand how to use and navgate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything and there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to track and make notes unlike other platforms. No confusions because you can tag the leads as you start working on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot holds all the interactions with the customer on one page. You can quickly view emails, calls, tasks from the customer page. All employees within our company are aligned as to the info and what stage the customer is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I took a while to get used to HubSpot. I wouldn't say it isn't easy to use, but you have to spend time getting to know the features within this platform. I imagine less techie people struggling here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is very user friendly, I use it in my personal business and at work.
It has email marketing features as well and tracks my emails.
I love using this to house all my contacts and have easy access to them and can collobrate with others.

When you lose a deal it makes sure to let you know. It stays in the column and can’t disappear. Can be motivating but also demotivating at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables a growing company to get into a quality sales tool without breaking the bank. The free version has all the tools needed for a small sales team that is ramping up to grow into paid services without any upfront costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I found frustrating was the lack of partners that support HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an old, outdated database and not a large budget to get into a more modern CRM that provides the tools that a sales team needs. We were able to migrate our data to HubSpot easily. HubSpot was ready for my sales team to use! Later we added the paid subscription that gave us access to some great tools, dialing, email sequencing, and inbound lead generation to mention only a few.

Of all the CRMs HubSpot is the CRM that is very easy to use

So far I haven't encountered any issues with HubSpot

It is very easy to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
The fact we were able to turn around to fully utilize the software was a huge plus. As we hire new employees we don't need to waste valuable training time on how to use the CRM as it's a very user-friendly and intuitive tool. They also keep adding more features and improving!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes service issues during the day that brings work to a hault as we live and die in the CRM. It also has me worried that data is lost or we are missing important information for our deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us change from a very disorganized Salesforce platform with multiple Integrations and products that made the system even more complicated to use. We're also adding more integrated tools and leaving others as hubspot adds more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is one of the best CRMs out there. But always think towards the future so you don't have a giant migration in case this isn't right for you.

It's easy to tag and identify the new and old leads. It's easy to leave notes and call from

Nothing. I like everything and I actually suggested this to my boss and other clients so they could experience how magical it works and for other employees to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing. The fact that you are able to send automatic emails and also make calls directly from it is amazing! I recommended it to my peers and colleague.
