It easy to navigate through. I have used a lot of CRM and I find HubSpot very functional.
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks help build structure, processes, and organazation.

I am not able to create the proper worklist from activity date,

We are solving timely and effective follow-up on all leads. The benefits will affect our monthly productivity results.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user-friendly interface and almost all the valuable features a sales rep would need. The workflow and sequence creating features are great and very much helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few features are not visible to the Marketing Hub users, such as sequences created by the SalesHub user. Also, the Marketing Hub user doesn't have access to the meeting links of SalesHub users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with a few required third-party applications very quickly and, of course, sales activities. It has been helping out in streamlining the complete sales process and procedure. The workflow and sequence creating features are great and very much helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great sales CRM solution.
At first I did not fully like it but, then I started to do it

At the beginning I was thinking that the tool was not the best for scaleups, but later I understood that in terms of price-value is the best in the market

Best CRM and Easy to use!!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to deal with my arrangements every month, except the incredibly, best part is the sequencing highlight. I love the way incredible their client care is.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least useful with Hubspot is the arranging instrument for a client list. What disturbs me the most is that occasionally the detailing is somewhat messed with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made a long, long plan for the day that traverses a wide range of customers for some different reasons. I think the principle factor here is association.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super easy to learn because they provide you with incredible support and HubSpot Academy. They have gone above and beyond with their platform and are constantly making updates to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the support people I have chatted with are knowledgeable about what I am asking. I have had some tell me I can do something that wasn't actually possible. I have also had someone tell me I couldn't do something that was possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps us organized and on top of all of our sales staff. It makes it easy for us to pull the information we need, create reports, and marketing to our clients and potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and multiple functions of the software. I like how you can integrate your email to use directly with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about it!

The main thing is tracking our sales process and new prospects so we know who to follow up with at the right time.

You will never go back to another CRM system.
It makes me easier to track sales,sort out leads etc.

It is user-friendly and easy to navigate through. You will know how it works in just a few hours!

Sometimes, the contact details don't sync real-time in Aircall.

A more organized system and customers per pipeline are much easier to segregate

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is super intuitive to use and has all the necessary functions and integrations for efficient operations. Getting started on day one until now on Hubspot has made it easy to keep track of who I've been in contact with and how the conversations go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the automated workflows to work properly in Hubspot has been a challenge, and in addition, I wish I could view some of the reports without having to pay for Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem that was solved with Hubspot was having simple integrations with other applications like Slack that has made our sales operations a lot more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and manage the database. I frequently use Templates, Sequences, Tasks, assorted Lists. I'm on the sales side so I need to have great, clean data that is easily accessible and manage. I use the "manage duplicates" frequently to merge records.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we import a list, I would like to see the list formated. i.e. phone numbers +1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx; format all CAPS, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration into Gmail, Qwilr, Zoom helps me stay organized and keep track of prospect timeline.
