What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive UI, the workflows and landing pages have easy drop-to-screen functionality. Easy navigation and responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-touch tracking. The feature is in beta but it would be great to have it. The tool is comparatively expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Outreach, User/Business Onboarding.
Smarter not harder
What do you like best about the product?
I use sequences to keep our subscribers engaged in ways meaningful to them. Hubspot makes it easy to provide a good experience on the personal level, at scale

I dislike that sequences and workflows can’t be used more cooperatively

Keeping people engaged and being able to pinpoint where people disengage

Hubspot is a vital tool in my sales process that gives me complete visibility of my pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of the visibility and control of my leads in the sales pipeline. Also, the automated sequences are a huge time saver and allow me to put cruise control on mid to low-tier leads so that I can apply my time and focus on personalized outreach on high-potential leads. This allows me to have contact with all of the leads in our pipeline so that none of them fall through the cracks and I give the higher-potential leads the attention they require. It is also very easy to personalize messages at scale, which allows me to provide automated but personalized experiences to our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hubspot does provide most if not, all the tools necessary to create a successful sales process, I was hoping there would be more help or suggestions in terms of the approach/strategy for this process. Fortunately, we have many sales veterans on our team who were able to formulate a great sales process, but for more inexperiences salespeople, it can take some time and testing on their own to come up with a process that works for them. Also, setting up the reporting dashboards took a few weeks and seemed rather complex at first, it would be have helped to have a more simplified process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more visibility than ever on the ROI of our different sales channels. We were in the dark regarding this prior to using Hubspot and now we can clearly see what channels and target segments are working for us and where we are failing. This allows to invest more in the successful channels and re-strategize on the ones that aren't working (or drop them altogether). We are also able to automate personalized messages that resonate with our leads in an automated and scaleable way.
Sales Sequence
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences help to maintain the daily work rate in the prospecting cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jobs scheduled in the sequences do not appear in the "upcoming" tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to track and record all contacts made during the pre-sale process.
Pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
fantastic tool for moving prospects from top of funnel to bottom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences stop at 5 emails. Wish this would be extended to 7.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales helps me target prospects in a smarter and better way than other tools like salesforce. Ease of use is great.
Follow up
What do you like best about the product?
I can focus and no need to remember for follow up. It usually helps me scheduling a mail at a later time.

once you enrol time is taken by Hubspot for sending the first three emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to do the basics for automating my sales funnels. The support team is really helpful, and the options within Hubspot allow me to grow my team and processes as I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of areas where I wish I could do more with the tools, Workflows require a lot of manipulation and still don't work correctly 80% of the time. Same with sequences, pipelines, and deals in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot lets me automate my sales machine, I don't have to worry about client follow ups, or trying to schedule meetings regularly, it's all automated. As a result, I'm able to support more customers, and continuing growing!
HubSpot review after 5 months regular usage
What do you like best about the product?
Now I have used few other CRMs before HubSpot but can definitely tell you that this is the best I have came across. Here are few reasons to justify that - 1. Automated fetching of company details. It detects by the business email and fetch you details like company size, industry and lot more 2. Sequence feature (My fav) 3. External blog content by HubSpot for Sales guys like me. Their HubSpot academy is outside the sales CRM but has everything which can make you more wiser about the ongoing trends in sales, email marketing, operations and much more 4. Great support for organizations to make use of their features. They provide great assistance to organization who have just started using HubSpot like us so that we use their features to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using HubSpot paid version regularly since 5 months now, I have gauged few downsides of the platform here with - 1. The scheduled task cannot be marked from the Task tab directly. You have to do it directly from the company/contact or deal. 2. Saving a template / sequence template creates confusions sometimes. 3. Even being user country kept default it changes to UK or US codes in phone tab automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best one I could say is using sequence feature to reach potentials prospects. I set 4 sequence to get most replies on my cold email. In sales more the replies, more the leads & more conversion. Also the sync between the Gmail and HubSpot is awesome. Though you have to install a chrome extension.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The company has grown the huge way which is a known fact to all. But there is always a scope of improvement which I am very much sure HubSpot will cater to. For new users to get your hands on get the free forever plan of HubSpot and I m sure you will subscribe to the paid one because you know how much help this single tool can do in your different sales stages.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, and how effective the sequences feature is. Without sequences, my job would be so much more time consuming and much more difficult. Highly recommend for any sales or business development position.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish you could create a fold inside of a folder within the templates section. Our team all has their own names as a folder under templates, but cant create further folders within our individual folders for organization. Please add this feature it would help soooo much!

Saving an enormous amount of time and gathering clients faster. We work almost entirely on email prospecting, so Hubspot is essential for us.
