Great "All-in-1-Source"

What do you like best about the product?
Having not only a CRM but lead sequencing tools is great. Tasks make it easy to stay organized and communicative with prospects. The analytics are also AWESOME. It makes knowing what strategies work very easy. Overall, the software is smooth-running, doesn't need to "load" constantly like SalesForce, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting/organizing tasks and leads can be a headache. Also, when there's an issue with the software such as a glitch, it takes a lot of time to get someone at Hubspot to handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall prospecting. It's the worse part of the sales job--but having sequences, easy lead imports, tasks, etc. makes it a much less daunting task when you're focusing on volume. It is also customizable which really helps any organization!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and offers everything I need to execute my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub can experience a few delays, but the HubSpot team is pretty good about fixing these problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to my prospects easily and quickly without fearing that my account will get shut down.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use interface, the workflow is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the customizations have limits (within templates, sequences) - wish there were more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm keeping track of all my interactions with customers within HubSpot Sales Hub. I like how I can see everyone on my team's interactions as well - makes it easy to have all the information in one centralized location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore around first; there are some really cool and useful tricks that HubSpot offers (templates, tasks) that help you manage your workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create templates and sequences and the ability to see statistics for sequences. I also like workflows and being able to create those to make manual processes easier to automate
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we are unable to pause sequences for holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see statistics like open and click rates on sequences to understand what messaging is working

Sometimes the line gets cut off when I've called a lead through Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The "set it and forget it" type of functionality. I love the feature of having sequences stop once a response is received.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using the tool overall so far, and nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems thus far. The biggest benefit is the time I've gotten back in my day.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for over 3 years; it's the best tool to keep all of my communication with clients, and I think the most valuable features are the templates and sequences, as well as tasks. It's so helpful to have the task open up my client's profile so I can take a look at activity to tailor my outreach. Sequences have also saved me a crazy amount of time sending one-off emails to hundreds of people daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike much about HubSpot; everything is easy to use and the interface is also really appealing. I would love to be able to create sequences with more than 5 emails and would also like the option of having our chatbots be Virtual Assistants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems my company was having is how much time they were spending sending stock emails to prospective clients. Sequences have by far been the best benefit that we utilize to maximize employee time. As previously mentioned, Tasks have been very helpful to keep our team organized.

What do you like best about the product?
There are numerous ways to automize messages, easing up the process of follow ups and allowing to make the most of my time for more effective communication. Sequences are truly helpful for this, since you can define a process beforehand
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating whatsapp messages is the way to go, since I find it to be the most effective way of communicating with leads and clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make a better use of my time by having some messages being sent automatically. The process is clear and I can still personalize the interactions

I highly recommend this service if you are looking to improve your communication with your leads or clientes, and make the most of your time

Hubspot for early career professionals

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy learning the integration, being a young professional in the sales industry it only took two weeks for me to get ramped up and learn the sequences + workflows. I love that you can see your analytics and track your progress day by day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too many downsides, but I would like there to be a one page dashboard of sorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a startup where you wear many hats, Hubspot lets me scale up my productivity to really work as 3 individuals. The scalability is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. You can log or take calls, email and run reports all in one place. Helps keeps things organized. I like how it can run a call through the browser or through my phone. Being able to see my pipeline in a table view is my favourite but you can switch to the list view if you prefer. Leveraging the HS chrome plugins means I can in in HS without actually being logged in. I can change records while in my gmail so you don't have to be logged directly in HS to access it. If you are someone who wears multiple hats you can link in Customer Support needs or tickets (we use HS and JIRA and both can be linked). Easy to manage live conversations plus put links to my calendar for prospects to book directly when we may not be able to get to a live conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some small things that would help in the life of an outbound representative. Would like sequences to not thread subject lines. Also, the reporting took a bit to figure out but helpful. Would like to get a bit more granular (maybe I am missing this due to lack of knowledge). Would love to automate a deal to be closed lost if a sequence is completed without any action by the prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in sales so organization is key. Keeping a clean pipeline and active pipeline is required to be successful. COVID was a period of significant growth and without the ability to cleanly manage everything this would have been a much more difficult time to stay on top of things. Realized we could link our JIRA to HS tickets. This is helpful from a success side of things. Also, didn't know for a long time I could update my HS contact info while in my Gmail account.
