Easy, easy, easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to the information I need and navigating the tool is easy as pie.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate it when there are times that some features of the tool are down and I am unable to access it. Adds hassle to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in the organization of the data and information of clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, I've used other CRMS and was worried I'd have challenges with Hubspot, but it is pretty easy to work within. I come from automotive sales so the CRM's I've used vary a bit but all lead to a common goal, but hubspot is way more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only major dislike is with the chat that you need to manually adjust the status if your online or away. If there is a way to integrate office hours and if after hours to send information as a lead or contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to apply signatures, including contact details, and correctly enter company information to help associate with contacts within the organization. I feel that this will definitely help increase performance and task management.
Better than txt messaging, smart, easy to learn

the ease of creating channels, adding attachments, and searching for subjects in history
What do you dislike about the product?
Slackbot is annoying because it comments randomly and I never use it

Anything that needs instant communication I am able to solve with lightening speed

What do you like best about the product?
I can view sales reports analysis and dashboards to follow how I am doing regarding activities. I use LeadIQ and Vidyard with it. It is easy to use compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time for data to be updated. I cannot see open rates on a template basis. It could be better if data in Hubspot is more up to date and there are more detailed numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using placeholders in creating sequences is helpful. I can personalize my outreach thanks to these, and it is effortless to use compared to other tools. Open rates increased.

Tasks and sequences allow for easy organizing and maximizing sales outreach.

Sometimes, I feel like Hubspot can do some tasks with 1-2 fewer clicks

One problem I would have is that sometimes I do have to refresh a few times to load a contact.

Super Functional & Extremely Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can build reports in any way we want! There's always something new I discover and it new ideas to make processing much easier and quicker. So many great functions, it's highly recommended to look at videos in order to use the CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different ways a report can be built. I think my only complaint is that if you are not computer savvy it will be hard to use this system to your advantage. I wouldn't change anything so far nor would I add anything because I am still learning about the system and I don't know what they don't offer yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to pull reports in the way I want. I realized that we can view this information in a more productive way. This saves time and headaches when wanting to see certain revenue numbers
Great Customer Service Management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The integration options on Hubspot make working across multiple platforms a breeze! From social media, Amazon, phones, chats, and emails, it's all there at the click of a mouse!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some drawbacks but I think it's just glitches. Whenever we create tickets from live chats, for example, we always have to change the email because it doesn't default to our main inbox address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day we solve issues for customers and are able to make sure they are taken care of with multiple ticket tags. I especially love getting to merge contacts from multiple leads. I.e. Getting an email and a phone call from the same customer and being able to merge all of their activity into one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great! Definitely recommend for it's features, easy User Interface and capabilities.
It's a user-friendly tools for someone like me who's not tech-savy.

Very convenient. On our first day of training, it only took 1 day to master HS.

Sometimes, it's loading. Maybe, it has someting to do with my internet service as well.
