A Sleek CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Navigating the software is pretty friendly compared to other CRM's. If I ever can't find something, I find it very useful to be able to search all of Hubspot to end up at the right place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more ways to organize the data, such as organizing tasks by contact source. Also wish there was a way to customize the automated emails before meetings. Also the iPhone app is pretty much unusable to get anything done. It's very unintuitive and slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my pipeline: scheduling follow ups, recording activity, having a way to look at my performance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More user friendly than other CRM's I've used. Make sure to take advantage of their trial and watch the videos on how to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it very easy to keep track of my 5K+ clients. Being able to enroll clients in sequences makes it so much easier to put clients on a drip email/call campaign so that they are regularly provided with relevant content - without having to manually send each individual marketing piece. I also love that I am able to record and log all of my calls to clients so that there is a record of the conversation that I am able to reference back to later in case I miss something in my notes. I also enjoy the Deals feature so that I can keep track of my sales throughout the year to keep me on track to meeting my annual goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I would like to see added to Hubspot Deals is the ability to create and track payment plans for customers and have an email auto-populate to the customer prior to when their next payment is due. This would be much easier than creating separate deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to add our own fields into the clients contact page has helped to be able to thin-slice my client base so that I am providing them with only the content and information that is relevant to them and to quickly weed out clients who would not/do not benefit from my products.

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is and the collaboration permitted across teams - full visibility over all leads, users and customers.

Easy to track the status of deals and store vital information to inform both sales and marketing strategy.

The to-dos also super helpful ad being able to record calls and all notes against contacts helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is fairly clunky and it can be very slow when more than 1 tab open.

Not all website visitors are recognised in Service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the number of tools needed and integrating all into one platform for greater visibility over all leads / customers.

Using Hubspot Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences allow me to execute multiple outbound, customized/personalized emails that are helping our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd very much like to be able to QC newly built sequences prior to them launching. Currently, it takes some plate-spinning to preview exactly what the outbound emails look like. Insertion of personalization, links, etc., combined with basic stuff like font size, spacing, etc. is harder than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping marketing output/outreach at acceptable levels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's complex, but helps our business.

Hubspot Sales Hub - Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ease of creating sequences, with the ability to provide a little personalization
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still not exactly sure how to unenroll someone from a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maintaining our sales pipeline in a consistent manner. We are more successful at outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Very intuitive interface and ability to manage what you see on the screen without a lot of training. It is constantly being improved with added features and improvements on existing ones. Great integration capabilities including Outlook, Gmail, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Seamless AI for finding prospects and importing them into the CRM. Great automation capabilities with both sequences and workflows. A lot of thought and planning has gone into this platform and I think it shows in the usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small things - I would like to have the ability to change a sequence and have those changes go into effect on existing contacts in that sequence. Also would like more consistency in the way Hubspot designates an email has bounced when using the sales email tools (works better with the marketing automation). Also task management needs to be improved - for instance I'd like to know how many outstanding tasks I have due by company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building up the sales funnel. I use it to prospect for new leads. I have integration to LinkedIn and Seamless AI so that I can find high value prospects on LinkedIn navigator and import them into Hubspot and start a sequence.

The template and sequence features are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to mass pause and restart sequences at their appropriate place + missing the ability to create org charts of the contacts within the company.

Sending out personalized, yet generic enough emails to send to various industries.

being able to put contacts in sequences so you don't need to remember who needs to be called that day
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes calls fail from the browser or there is no ring on the other end during a call

i reach out to prospects in HR who may be looking for a HRIS to streamline their HR processes

it has what you need. and you can edit sequences however you like to be specific to what you are selling.

Ease of finding entities within site, Customer service is excellent as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls drop on the calling feature when making calls through the site platform, task completion does not always transfer over to Salesforce in entirety
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email sequencing, calls, task list- organization is super helpful and easy with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequence features. You can easily enroll a prospect and there will be multiple follow-up emails sent on autopilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Sales can get pretty pricey so depending on your use case, it might make sense to go with a cheaper software that has some similar features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to automated a lot of my job. It also cuts down the amount of time that I spend maintaining a CRM because a lot of the actions are done automatically.
