Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy for me to track my prospect and keep tasks. Also, it had a bunch of great plug ins which saves me a lot of time such as email templates and panda doc for the contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Hubspot. Honestly, the service is excellent and so is the product. I really can't think about anything i do not like about this crm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that hubspot solves for me is really time management. It helps me save a lot of time and makes it easy to be organized with the task feature connected to my google calandar.
Very necessary
What do you like best about the product?
Organization of contacts. Tickets and deals. Options to import old contacts. Ways to have as many users is possible. Always available to check. Easily usseful. That's all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes take a little while to update the taskes after I finishe one. But I believe is because there are so many people using at the same time. I got used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing students contact. Sell new tickets. Record when was last time we contacted them. Many others. Organization is key to sell fast and sell good as wel.

That if a person isn't an owner of the company anymore they can't take out their tasks

Best CRM for Sales Team!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales is the best thing we could have done for our sales team. It has helped them stay organized with their customers and future customers. We have tried several CRM's for our sales, and this one is by far the best we have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only dislike that our team had difficulty getting set up and learning how to navigate everything in the sales hub. It isn't hard, but it does take some time to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team can make recorded calls through this system which helps them keep track of their conversation with their buyers and sellers. They also can track emails when someone opens them to see if what they are interested in. We also love that they can do tasks and schedule appointments. There is so much you can do, and we love it!
Simple as easy to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the simple and ease of use. Additionally it has allowed me as the national sales director to add permissions and integrate to our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges was how to integrate multiple users and divvy up the permissions. Additionally I had to search for plug-ins for expense solutions which I had to use an outside vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer information control, email tracking, marketing material distribution, deal tracking. As we grow as an organization I am able to see deals progress make changes as necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask questions, think of current and future needs, and give it a try.
Best Sales CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is our companies one stop shop for Sales, Marketing, Tracking/Data, and Operations. Over the last 5 years of working with HubSpot, we have learned more and more and have been able to utilize everything they have to offer. They really listen to their customers and give them what they are looking for with every new feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does not have its own SMS feature, but according to my HubSpot contact, Kim Holt, this is a goal of their's in 2022!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to utilize workflows, both SMS and Email based, as well as sequences, to ensure our leads are being contacted all the way through their project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be open to learning! It looks like a lot to learn at first, but it's all to make your process easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The Reports available in Hubspot that coordinate with the Sales Pipelines keep me on track for my Revenue tracking, the Task are also super helpful to give me a reminder so that I can keep a consistent follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Dislike that within the Company organization I can not associate one contact with more than one dealership. this would be helpful for GMs, DMA's, CRM Admins, Fixed Ops, any employee at the dealership that shares the same title over multiple Dealerships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to create a consistent follow-up process to contact multiple Accounts within a timely manner, to upgrade and promote new company solutions, and without access to HubSpot, I would still be working off of a spreadsheet, manually tracking a follow-up and account management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a CRM that has great reporting, and organizing tools HubSpot will be great for you.
An incredible tool for every salesperson or sales company that respect themselves.

-The quote templates building which gives you the ability to send offers automatically and make your routine simpler and easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that I dislike, I would only say the fact that I can't access all the templates building details or upload a template of my choice to use it in HubSpot.

-The sales process became faster and more automatized!
-We don't get lost searching for our contacts and client companies as we can easily keep track of them and their everyday activity!

Honestly the best CRM ever.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping records connected and in one place. When making contacts, to creating the tickets, it is seamless when tracking communication with your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything that would I dislike about Hubspot.

Productivity is increased allowing you to take care of your customers in a timely manner.
