Efficient and easy to learn software for sales professionals.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot since 2018 and I think it is one of the best tools you can have as an Account Executive. Personalization options, templates and sequences have been my main tools for sales outreach and enabled me to establish successful connections with prospects. I can keep track of how each sequence is doing from open rates to booked meetings via the analytics provided which allows me to set and reach new targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not many options to update an active sequence through settings. You can't set the sequences to be off on certain dates. For example, in order to make sure enrolled contacts do not receive an email during a holiday, you must go to 'scheduled' tab to update the date the email is going to be send.
If you use copy paste on emails sent directly from HubSpot, the formatting is not automatically updated to HubSpot's format. You must use the 'remove formatting' option to make sure everything is in the same format.
While importing data with multiple objects, there's not an option the import the same field for multiple objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking and notifications are great tools to figure out best times and ways to reach leads. Templates and sequences have been vital in automating my outreach efforts, which saved me a lot of time. Personalization options have been what I exactly needed in digital sales, enabling me to reach high open and reply rates.
Gmail integration is great where I can reach my templates directly through my inbox, saves me a lot of time when replying to emails. My google calendar and HubSpot calendar is synced with each other so I can make sure the meetings I book with prospects are on right times. I can also save new contact's data on HubSpot CRM directly from my inbox. This way, I don't have time spend extra time to update the CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and can be mastered quickly. You must make sure to learn how to use HubSpot Sales Hub effectively. There's several training resources about learning and mastering Hubspot Sales Hub provided by HubSpot themselves. These will help you greatly.
Keep your data updated. Besides manually entering new data, the 'import' function can help.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is easy to use and its very easy to create marketing emails and sequences with tips and tricks on how to get the best out of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes feels like features are bolted on without being truly integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating clear and consistent email campaigns, hubspot allows us to set these up with our branding.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpots sequences. It makes my sales outreach much wider and targeted. It also saves me hours of time crafting emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having only used HubSpot for a month, I can't think of anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that I have solved is being able to sav time. I can quickly and easily log activity, enrol contacts into sequences and see my metrics via the slick dashboards.

Some issues regarding some non-English languages options and integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of control on individual actions, this can be anything for sequence activity customization, to allowing for specific personalised messages, setting the timing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to understand the bounced mail activity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using to manage the entire lead prospection activities. Benefits are that we have a centralised system for managing these activities, as well as detailed filtering options for managing the prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you are meeting all GDPR compliances for managing your database, as well as keep in mind this is a tool. The user defines the results that you get. So there is no replacement for good practices, although HubSpot does suggest the best practices as well.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales/BDR employee, this tool helps me to document my day to day activities. It's an all-round tool that supports me with documenting/reminding and reach my prospects or clients. It provides a great and easy overview of all the information that's out there and also gives recommendations on how to achieve the best result. Furthermore, I really appreciate the learning part that Hubspot has. Here you can learn how to achieve certain goals and implemented it right away using the CRM tool of Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration apps that should work great with Hubspot are sometimes flawed. Here I can see some improvements as for some it is mandatory to work with the use of these apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a large scale personalizing email marketing, reaching out to prospects, having all the company results put into overviews and reports. Sending out sequences to prospects (which works great with Hubspot as well).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm sure Hubspot will be worth trying out and it will include most, if not, all aspects of a proper CRM system.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is best automation solution I have used in my 10 year plus experience which I have used my last company and suggested management in new company .There are various features like sequence and schedule of the email where you can validate leads and keep them engaged with sequence email. Its complete solution where you can manage leads from coming hubspot to have full lifecycle of sales cycle. You can check which prospect open emails and then plan your follow up accordingly.

Best part is fully equipped with features on mobile where end users like rep can manage on mobile devices with hubspot features where you can have full leads data for calls and emails on mobile phone .

You can have bird eye view of your pipeline and manage deals with a lot of reports automation streamlining solution. Sales Activities dashboard have given really add on value for work from home employees where management and managers can see activities for the call email notes for everything.

I can write a lot about Hubspot as I have created my value in new company with hubspot features where they have seen my efforts through hubspot activities which later on helped me to create strong pipeline and nurture leads ended with huge number of deals closures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one of the best solution and only good part is its notification and would like to have task notification in working hours or emails in working hours. I don't have. Much to dislike about Hubspot really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of leads and deals pipeline along nurture of the leads and keeping engaged for prospect with sequence is very important challenge I am solving for my business. We get a lot of leads or we work on them so having sequence for the use making life easy where prospect getting emails helping to connect and address their problems with our softwars solution email.
