The only CRM to track, manage, and drive sales cycles
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Sales Hub let's me get clear visibility of what's going on in my pipeline, from high-level perspective to the most granular details
What do you dislike about the product?
It's takes a bit of time to show new team members how to use the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals from the source to closed won/lost. All the info that Hubspot let's me capture, had provided analytics as to the current trends in sales successes

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track the sales team performance from analytical tools to reports and dashboard allow me to know where is my department is standing and how I can make the flow be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the UX\UI can be better, and a meeting scheduling system can improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make the work more effective and efficient, create workflows and help my agent increase their pipeline and performance

Use all the tools that sales-hub is offering, each and every tool will help you understand deeply what are in insights in your department.

What do you like best about the product?
When I think of HubSpot and how it makes my life easier, I think of the incredible integrations our organization has created with our other services. HubSpot is our bible and source of truth when it comes to where we are as an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if you can completely define this as a con, however, what can be challenging is to unpack all the capabilities within HubSpot! There are so many tools and resources. I'm genuinely grateful our organization has a dedicated HubSpot manager that I can go to with questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize HubSpot as our sales map for day-to-day, month-to-month, etc. What this solves for us in knowing exactly how we're growing, in which verticals, and size of clients. With clean data, we're able to decipher where we'll be in 6 months from now.
Great Service but Not "Intuitive"
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable data fields for customers, the way customers link to contacts, email tracking, reminder and tasks are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-customer generation based on email tracking. Oftentimes a customer will have multiple email addresses (some we may not be aware of) and unless the emails and contacts are sync'd it will auto generate a new customer. It also auto generates a customer for every email address I send that is unreconizable. Both of these situations create a lot of "cleanup" work.

Make sure you have regular "housekeeping" scheduled to keep your contacts and customers up to date.

Additional costs to dial directly from Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially I used HubSpot to stay organized. Not only does it keep me organized, but it also provides valuable information about my leads and tracks emails. I also love the calling tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm constantly using Hubspot's integrated meeting calendar. Combined with the opportunity to track conversions and meeting outcomes within the Hubspot CRM, this tool is highly effective in my role as Partnerships & Growth Specialist. I have confidence that my partner communications are accessible in one centralized source of truth, which allows me to focus on scaling rather than day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I rarely use the document upload tool as I find it incorrectly formats my resources. Instead, I choose to attach documents individually rather than linking within to ensure proper accessibility. I would prefer to use the document integration tool as it provides good insight into how contacts are accessing my resources, but I do not trust the file formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot, I can centralize and streamline my lead management which is critical to saving me time and building concrete partner relationships. Without this tool, there would be many follow-ups missed, and our team would not be able to manage our high volume of partners effectively.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The different functions you can use to assist you with different tasks to track your leads and be on top of your business goals. It is versatile for different business models, individuals and team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of being able to do multiple functions at one time.

It is very organized and is assisting me with my clients daily

I love the reports you can generate with HubSpot Analytics, also, it's great to see how you can literally automate workflows using different pipelines. Great tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I may have some advice around this but it's mostly esthetic so it's not worth bringing it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our customer CRM, we follow up with customers, we set tasks like reminders, we've optimized our customer service building metrics from the reports you can generate using the different dashboards, reports, etc. Notifications are great and we also use The HubSpot chat to provide on-the-spot support to our customers. Honestly, HubSpot has it all in one single platform and I love it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're trying to automate your workflows, sales, reporting... You need HubSpot 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
Due to Hubspot, I have been able to close 30% more sales leads than before. It has a reasonable monthly subscription fee for a starter plan that has enabled me to organize and manage the tools. Recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Their enterprise plan is a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems faced so far. The best thing is reduced distraction and sales increase.

What do you like best about the product?
It's my first time using a CMR and really love it how easy it is to organize my meetings, sequences, calls, mails. I linked my google account and my slack account so they just make my work easier and more organized.It makes the user experience less time-consuming, and assignments become more focus-driven.Everything in HubSpot seems logical and natural both in entering activities and creating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, everything it's perfect. I add my contacts, companies, deals and sales well. It runs well in my computer and my smartphone (bc I use the android app too).

I have to add companies, follow up on deals, carry out sequences to attract the attention of future clients, create meetings.
