What do you like best about the product?
The drop-down menus and the email templates really shorten the time spent on each file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the status areas are redundant. They could get by with less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled callbacks are easy to handle

What do you like best about the product?
It is very friendly, as it provides access to very important information that I use daily in my work, and it helps me keep a good track of all my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing I dislike. I have worked with other CRMs and I think Hubspot is quite comprehensive for handling the tasks I carry out daily for my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep very good track of all my clients because the alerts I set appear at the indicated time, and that has helped me to be able to contact the people of my interest to generate business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my experience, it is a very useful tool as it shows basic information at a glance and you can search for more detailed information, a good reminder tool for following up on daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn UI and very user friendly; the feature to organize customer profile; Noting call logs and organizing stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much; there are just times wherein it has its downtime like any software.

organizing customer profiles is easier than traditional one

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with HubSpot, i can keep everything organized and find anyone or any information with ease. It's Great!!

There isn't anything to dislike, and it's so simple to use and I love it!!

I am finding appointments that may have been missed in the ocean of contacts, anything with wrong information, and anything else I need to see. I've realized how great it is to keep everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The flow makes Hubspot an easy-to-use tool for more productivity and information. From Marketing to Sales and CS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is difficult to create reports and custom dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Hub allows our team to be more productive overall and organization throughout all deal stages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good for sales pipeline motion, not soo good for reports.

I hate it when there are times that some features of the tool are down and I am unable to access it. Adds hassle to process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, I've used other CRMS and was worried I'd have challenges with Hubspot, but it is pretty easy to work within. I come from automotive sales so the CRM's I've used vary a bit but all lead to a common goal, but hubspot is way more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only major dislike is with the chat that you need to manually adjust the status if your online or away. If there is a way to integrate office hours and if after hours to send information as a lead or contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to apply signatures, including contact details, and correctly enter company information to help associate with contacts within the organization. I feel that this will definitely help increase performance and task management.
