What do you like best about the product?
Overall for us, it has been an awesome experience. The marketing suite, crm and sales hub all seamlessly connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely no con, one can say about such a tool which is so seamlessly integrated

Integration of Marketing, CRM and Sales function in one window. We can take better decisions in quick real-time

Just go for it

What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management and how they charge for contacts.
When you connect their email plugin, it can absorb every single contact you speak with. This quickly becomes a problem when you have multiple users contacting multiple companies. Then if the company has multiple sub domains it will create a new client record for you (this can be disabled). As a result, we find ourselves having to waste a bucket load of hours several times a year performing a contact cleanup because you're charged heaps once you go over your limit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like, that its easy to organize everything, from my messages to all of my costumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I takes time to learn how the program is running. You need a lot of time, if you want to know everything about Hubspot. But all the time is totally worth it.

I use Hubspot Sales Hub to organize everything in my daily worklife. I have a full overview over everything I do which include my costumers.

Easy Client Management For Your Sales Career
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot makes it easy to manage when it comes to dealing with previous and current clients. Everything is stored in their CRM, which allows you to pick up on a client right where you left off. My personal favorite feature is knowing when exactly a client has opened one of my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the mobile app isn't quite as powerful as their desktop application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has made it easier to stay organized in sales. We are able to store all of our documents in the CRM which lets us pull up information on the go. Overall, Hubspot has allowed our company to save alot more time when it comes to tedious task such as taking notes. This allows us to focus on strictly selling!

If you are looking for a way to organized your sales team as well as your sales process, I highly recommend using Hubspot. It's a neat and organized CRM that allows you to organize your sale leads

What do you like best about the product?
Liked the sequences. It helps to leave deposits with the prospects and help them create a recall value.

I disliked that it takes some time to train a new personnel because it is really vast.

Structured sales process. It is creating a workflow that helped us managing the entire processes.

It is connected with outlook email through an add in and can track all the emails we send it to clients and prospects and can add a task reminder with respect to all activities through the addin

There is no add in tool for other email platforms like onemail which can brought in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplication can be avoided using sales hub as it has automation with lead generation tools like leadfeeder, leadforensics and hence need not maintain a separate tracker for leads and prospects
Newer User but Seems Great So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options and ways to market. We're relatively new to the platform but our outsourced marketing team is teaching us the process and we think it will add great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that we "dislike" about the product thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HEAVILY increased out marketing efforts. We're now able to market to 30,000+ potential investors for syndicating equity which is awesome.
Excellent Tracking for a small team!
What do you like best about the product?
From tracking leads through finalizing a contract, Hubspot is a wonderful one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve of HubSpot takes a little getting used to, but once you got it, it's a breeze.

Keeping my team updated on business leads as well as where clients are in a contracting process.

Having a team lunch and learn to get everyone on the same page helps with kickoff and rollout!

What do you like best about the product?
Data reporting abilities and the the capability to have various dashboard, making it much simpler to review all the teams work on one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection with Gsuite is sometimes tough, causing a delay and not syncing correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the processes are simpler, more efficient, and have the opportunity to see on a high level and deep diving.

It’s a great product, smooth with tons of options that enables each user to hand craft their experience based on their needs
Great CRM for mid-size companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is a great tool overall for managing your inbound an outbound sales communications. You can pick up on information for a client right away and leave notes as soon as you finish talking to them. It's basically a glorified contact book.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't just set it up specifically for sales CRM, you have all the options for Marketing and Customer support in the CRM which makes it really confusing for new salesmen to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, we are using the CRM to make our Sales Process more organized as we are able to leave behind notes on a prospect and pick up as soon as we start talking to them. We have found this more useful as we can remember when we last had contact, emails, and previous notes without having to dig through our computer

If you are looking for a nice scalable crm, I would highly recommend using Hubspot CRM. It's fast and easy to get use to and it's extremely user friendly when it comes to getting your sales team organized
